I think it's pretty obvious that the cryptic clue at the end of ep 1 is the number 666 the number of the beast who is also called the great red dragon the same name as ep 7 however I still can't figure the relationship

People please stop saying that heller said that we will be disappointed when red john is revealed what he meant is that definitely some people will be disappointed because they were hoping for something else if he meant that we're all will be disappointed then why continue writing with that path if everyone is going to be disappointed with it
Probably Red John is not a bad man. Maybe he killed the women but not Patrick Jane 's family.
Maybe it' the organization which killed his family. Jane would be handled by the organization.
And reciting the poem in the last episode of season 2, Red John is trying to give a clue for Patrick a secret. Red John wants Patrick in his team to tell him the truth.
Moreover, to surprise us, Lisbon would be part of this organization. Van Pelt with red John.
It would be explosive as last season.
What is the purpose to give the true identity of red john in episode 8 when there was 22 episodes
As far as who Red John is, personally I dont think its any of Jane's
suspects. However I believe without a doubt that Van Pelt is working for
Red John, we are getting far too close to the Red John reveal and the
side story continues to be her relationship with Rigsby which honestly
makes no sense due to the fact that there they are not moving the story
along at all.
We know very little about Grace's past but the
little we do know is that she had a bad childhood, as Red John did with
Kirkland's brother and so many others he probably helped her and now has
her on the inside. The fact that she got married recently has firmly
established in my mind that she is the mole inside CBI otherwise the
producers wouldnt have written that in, it is all setting up the
audience to feel betrayed because they are pushing Van Pelt and
Rigsby's relationship.
She though is not Red John I've heard
all the theories about her Red Hair and the fact that the literal
meaning of John means GRACE and mercy but I dont buy it shes too weak of
a character to be the serial killer
Ok not being a know it all just throwing this out there remember when heller said we will get a clue at the end of 6 01 I believe it was tyger tyger jane has heard this many of times I believe rj wants jane to know about the tyger tyger club why they chose that maybe to not lead jane to the organization and to make him think its rj if you notice o laughlin did not say tyger tyger nor did timothy carter it certain people in my eyes red john in his own way tells you why your dying like on season one dumar just told jane the story of his father and rj, lorelie also told a story so did the lady that killed bosco and the team I believe the people that were in on the tyger tyger organization say it why would ur lasts words if you know rj be tyger tyger one last thing reed smith would have said this is from rj or we have or killed your brother to kirkland nothing of rj was mentioned that is what makes me believe rj has no affiliation with tyger tyger.
Which theory will tell me who Redjohn is... I don't care how many greens/reds it has. I'll know the right theory when I see it. Just like with the happy memory being from the mental institution.
I think there is one massive question that most of these theories do not address and that is how RJ knew PJ's list of 7 suspects. According to PJ he did not share this list with anyone prior to the RJ video. I believe this is very important to finding out who RJ is.
These are the only answers I can think of. If you can think of any other options please comment.
1) PJ fed RJ another fake list somehow. In this case RJ must still be on the list to believe that PJ is close and therefore it follows that Jane actually has a much narrower list than the 7 suspects. Jane possibly already knows who RJ is or he has only a couple of real suspects. This would explain Bruno telling us we can 'trust the list' and that RJ is definitely on it, but also explain how RJ got the list and his big mistake.
2) RJ guessed PJ's list because the 7 suspects were obvious to him. Remember all he knew was that Patrick shook hands with everyone on his list. So RJ must have worked out the suspect's names because he knew that they would come under suspicion. Why? The only answer that jumps into my head is the connection with Tiger Tiger. The 7 suspects are members of Tiger Tiger (one of these being RJ.) They would have come under suspicion as they are involved (whether knowingly or not) in covering up RJ crimes, and these are the members of Tiger Tiger who have shaken hands with Patrick.
The next question is about Kirkland. From episode 4 we are told that Kirkland is not a member of Tiger, Tiger and this does not fit with the above. However they have given themselves the escape option of a twin brother who could have caused Patrick to suspect Kirkland as he is involved with RJ crimes and cover ups. Alternatively it could mean that Kirkland (Bob or Michael) is RJ.
I was previously set on Partridge for RJ and I would still prefer it to be him. However because of the questions over Kirkland and his brother I now have 2 suspects - Kirkland and Partridge. It is also convenient that they are both 'dead.'
