Questions where I have no answer and I find wierd;

Carter Peak´s body? Still not found and why is it important?
Why not more talk about Partridge efter his death between PJ, Lisbon etc.?
Was it for sure Towlen Morning who was killed in the same episode Bosco´s team were killed? Towlen Morning- Tolmen Bunting, longshoot I know..., but the chessgame asume me.
Where is Erica Flynn? I still believe she has something to do with all this. RJ:s mistress?
Who is the man in red sweater, baseballcap and glasses running in the mall when Timothy Carter is killed??? Looks a bit funny, and looks a little like Bret Stiles.

Michael Kirkland is Red John.

1. Red John did not save him after his abusing father's death, Stiles did.

2. He entered Visualize and worked at the Red Barn. He did the first killings there. He was 18-22 at that time.

3. Stiles knows Red John identity (we know this for sure and it has been confirmed in several episodes).

4. Michael can utilize Bob's face to act inside FBI/CBI without being seen as an intruder.

5. He fits Rosalind's description (but I never really believed Rosalind's words). 

6. He could be left handed and we have no proof against this... most suspected on the list are right handed so they could be excluded. Only McAllister is left handed.

7. Having an abusing father is almost a good excuse to be a serial killer in hollywood ;)

8. We cannot exclude that Jane and Michael shook hands in the past: Jane may have thought it was an encounter with Bob but it was Michael instead

9. It would be an "acceptable lie" from Heller if Michael was Red John and he was not on the list. Because an identical person to him was in. Let's say that "a Kirkland" was in.

10. Michael was killed by RJ? His body was never found...

11. Bob probably really believes that his brother was killed by RJ. But he may have now the real suspect that his brother IS Red John. That's way he always ask if they recognize him (=his brother). If his brother was killed a long time ago, why would people connected to RJ know him for sure?

Not a theory for now but a tentative to explain something "strange".

Many of you are asking "Why did Kirkland kill Jason Lennon if he was looking for Red John?"

My answer is: "Because he is looking for his twin brother, gone away after the encounter with RJ. So Bob Kirkland's first question to a potential RJ accomplice (e.g. Lennon, or the suspetc kidnapped accroding to the fake list) is if he recognizes him: if he answer is "Yes", he can find his twin brother."

Easy, isn't it?

Did you notice an interesting fact about CBI team and Patrick Jane. None of them speak about their mothers...only abusing fathers, it is a the same to Rigsby, Lisbon, Van Pelt, Cho (he was a teenage gangbanger so...) and Patrick. They all come from a damaged background childhood.
Why Patrick in the past retrospectives did not wear a vest? Why now he always wears one?
Why Heller focus so much about mental illness in this show? same to memory and sleep problems to? Why Patrick is in the center of this story, being in the same time a compreensive human being and same time a sociopath? There is something very dark in him, i don´t think for sure he is red john, but i very good candidate...What if Patrick and red john discoverd (whell they are portraited as smart and intuitive) a law enforcement plot, and the list of 7 is all about revealing that plot and nothing about red john? it is possible, but not likely. It is strange but i think Patrick discovered more about red john with the fake list rather than with the suposed "real list".
Well the real red dreagon is Heller :), he was all the power to decide who is red john and what is relation with Patrick, visualize and the Tyger gang.

I dont know who red john is. Some points though:

If red john is in the list, then its natural for Bruno to say that we can trust it.
If red john isn't on the list, again Bruno has to lie. He can't kill the suspense, he can't say: 'guys, I'll surprise you'.
POINT 1: So, Bruno saying that we can trust the list means NOTHING.

This is a mystery and drama series. Red john CANNOT be obvious AND he cant be RANDOM (with the exception that he is so random, that was totally unexpected - like RJ being rosalinda harker). The only way that I would be satisfied by who red john is, is that he is either a part of the team, or someone who is connected to PJ via blood relation or other strong emotional connection. This, in my mind, rules out Ray Haffner (random guy), Sheriff (random guy), Brett Stiles (obvious), Reede Smith (totally random guy), Gale Bertram (obvious). There is a distant possibility someone of them is red john, but a strong back story connecting them to PJ is needed.

From what I've seen till now, RJ is not on the list, regardless what the writer says. (has to say). I tend to like theories that include unknown brothers, mystic fathers, team members or totally unexpected person.

Why did Kirkland kill Jason Lennon?

If he too was desperately looking for red john, he should have kidnapped lennon. why kill him?
I just dont understand the character Kirkland.
