Our killer is a lone fisherman.

He has been alone from very young age most likely due to alcoholism in family.
Walking through the rough life of young age he got in touch with Visualize.
Understood himself better, especially his unique skills of understanding the tormented.

Ever since he have seen himself highly moral person. In some sense loathing the weak, the ones who can't carry themselves.
He has helped many to find themselves, though he has understood his own duplicity and the dark side as well.
He has manipulated people to see him as a saviour kind of, though inside he has weighted people whether they are able to stand or their own feet
or they are easy to lead and manipulate.

Ever since our fisherman got to know PJ he has been jealous about him and curious. He has seen him similar to him though the light side of him.
"There can't be light without darkness"
This has drawn and increased his want to be closer and closer PJ.

Our fisherman from light side is all about elegance of beautiful music, poetry and similar. As said, he sees himself highly moral.

On his dark side he is manipulative and for some reason kills women. Something related to childhood and mother?
He has utilized his skills in several places where similar people; people have suffered in their youth some kind of abuse andlived in
various unhappy places.

He have used and killed many people he helped and saw them to fall back be victims of their own pasts; alcohol, abuse and what not.

The life of this highly skilled manipulator consist of
Beauty, elegance of classical music and poetry
Manipulating smaller or bigger fish is his cup of tea
Having difficulty to find women worthy
As PJ have said, a sociopath, able making a crowd to love him like Timothy Carter, who intiated a look for a girl who he had kidnapped

There is only one person left between PJ and RJ, Teresa, the woman with past of Alcoholic father who stands her own ground proudly
and with high morals. He respects Teresa.

As I see it end of season 3 was a masterpiece and season 5 was full of indications of our killer.
Too bad Lorelai was too fast to shoot the only person who would have been easily indicate the killer, and Kirkland provided
a finishing touch for this person on his personal road to Vendetta.

I am beginning to understand why Bruno Heller said that we will be disappointed when we find out who RJ is.

First, I find it disappointing how he developed the Tyger, Tyger thing. A completely new layer being introduced this late in the show? Which additionally feels like it has nothing to do with RJ reciting the Tyger, Tyger poem?

A few weeks ago we discussed how odd it would be if Bruno Heller pulled out some kind of plastic surgery card on us. A never-heard-of-before twin brother is almost as bad a move to make IMHO. Especially if it should turn out that he is Red John. Please, Bruno, don't do this to us!

Some revelations were made in "Red Listed".
1) Lorelei Martins is dead. That's because Kirkland was the only man who could fake her death or save her, as he was responsible for her body. But he had no idea about the real list, so Lorelei must be dead.
2) I think this one is the most important. The person, who told Kirkland about Tyger-Tyger, could be RJ. Why? Because of coffee :-) You see, Kirkland brought with him three types of coffee. He explained that he did it for Smith, but that wasn't true. How many types of coffee one can find? More than three. So, Kirkland actually had two appointments in the park. As he left after talking to Smith, Reede must be the second appointment. The person whom Kirkland met before Smith, refused to drink coffee. Why? Because he prefers tea. We know two people who prefer tea. First is PJ, who could have no meeting with Kirkland according to the further developments of the episode. Second is RJ. So who could it be if looking at the list? Not Smith, probably not Bertram. All the others.

4) Tyger-Tyger... The very first time it was mentioned by RJ. Why? Was he thinking PJ is an insider? Or may be RJ wanted to warn PJ about something? Again I have to remember Todd Johnson. Was he killing good or bad cops? He refused to kill Mars, so it seems Todd wasn't so bad. Later he wanted to see PJ and tell him something only PJ could understand (probably Todd found it safe to talk to PJ, as there was no way him being in Tyger-Tyger). Anyway, it's very-very pleasant that this Tyger-Tyger thing was planned from season two!!!
5) Wish to give some tribute to Bob Kirkland. He was a good guy. You know, the term "red listed' is also used to describe dying species (listed in the Red Book). Tigers are also listed there. I think Bob Kirkland was red listed. RIP. But I hope we'll enjoy some new portion of very charismatic performance by Kevin Corrigan, if he returns as Mike Kirkland. By the way, now PJ has a valuable mean. He may try to find Mike (we know how he looks) and if finding alive, probably try to use the knowledge about his past and direct him against RJ.

We can safely say that the list is down to 2 people.
Here's how:

Brett Partridge- dead

Reede Smith- not red john, as we saw in 6x04..he kills but not with RJ's MO.

Gale Bertram- Unlikely. He seems to be part of the tyger tyger group, but unlikely that he is RJ. He is definitely lower in grade than Smith. We can understand that from the way Smith talks to him "Its your job to know the answer." and bertram responds sincerely "i'm doing my best" as if he is being ordered by someone higher up.

Bret Stiles- Not likely to be red john. Because when RJ goes to see sophie miller, he needs to have anonymity. Nobody should be able to recognise him. And stiles is kinda Famous. And like jane said, RJ might have wanted to meet sophie himself. So somebody else didnt go. The one who went was RJ himself.

Ray Haffner- Possible, since we still dont know much about him.

Sheriff McAllister- Possible. He whistles, he's afraid of pigeons, he's not afraid of heights. He's been there since the beginning. We dont know much else.


Now here's the interesting part:

Bob Kirkland- There's a reason jane puts him on the list. He is actually putting Michael kirkland on the list, not Bob. He just doesnt know it. Now we can say jane is clever enough to know that Michael exists and is alive, it can justify most of the stuff that bob did. Because it was michael who actually did all the stuff jane found suspicious.
But we can rule out Michael as RJ because Bob said when michael was drunk n troubled, he found someone who put him straight and who asked only for devotion and sacrifice in return. That person is red john, Not Michael or Bob.
Now that we think abt it, in season 5, Michael was probably instructed by RJ to kill Jason Lennon. That is why he asked "do u recognise me?". Both the twin brothers ask that so that they know if anyone has seen the other one.
Michael is definitely alive, because he meets with bertram in season 5. (He's hiding behind the door when Lisbon is talking to bertram in his office)

So, the only remaining viable suspects are McAllister and Haffner.
Any one of them could be Red John.

I think that red john is the orginization. Not just one person but all of them, which is how he knows so much and has the ability to access all these different places

Hello mentalist maniacs... Here is my theory with supporting evidence.
First it's not seven people, red john is to smart, makes no mistakes and has had Patrick trailing him way to hard to be more than one person, people make mistakes and seven would make mistakes. Now that we know of this secret society to cover up things we all think tyga tyga is something red john uses. Hold up. This secret society is actually confusing all of us, Bertrum wants red john...just as bad as Patrick...here is my main theory.

Patricks family was truly killed by The Tyga Tyga group, faked to make it look like red john so that Patrick would join CBI in the hunt. Once Patrick finds red john the secret society finds him. Because red john knows about the society that's why they want him dead and want to use Patrick to find him. Because of the farm, red John killed visualize members at the farm, and they have yet to catch him. The reason this works is 1. The only person Alive that we 100% know saw red john is the blind lady, she described him as one, not one to mingle or stay or have friends. Patrick says, to the homeland security dude "no one knows my list" this is the truth, he is using the fake like to flush out the secret society. Then comes in why red john whispered tyga tyga - it was a warning to Patrick saying that he is being used.

This may seem far fetched but Patrick is to smart, he would never tell his real red john list because to many people have a desire for him to be dead. Patrick is holding his shorter list closer. There is no way it is the group, they are to messy. Patrick is trying to catch red John but we will find red john was leading Patrick to catch the real killers.

To sum it up - the secret society is actually hunting red john, using Patrick. They want red john caught because of his actions at the farm and visualize. To myself the twist must be big, I think we will find red john and Patrick working together in the end episodes
