But i would just like to add one thing...maybe the fake list is a list not to catch RJ but to find the mole in the CBI? 

In fact if the list was fake it means that RJ was not "reading" PJ s mind before the list was even made or even see the "hand shakes" PJ had made with people......it was just the fact who did say about the list to who and who was the one who told it to RJ or was RJ himself..and how did it leak to RJ..I dont think that Kirkland is RJ but he could possibly be the one who gave the info about the list to RJ...

I just cant explain Lorelei s video....is she dead? Is she alive and made the vid after the list was in RJ s hands? 

Maybe the video is a scam premade by PJ and Lorelei just to look real and RJ made....but whats the point of that? Could the show get so complicated? :D

Interesting fact that supports that either Bertram or smith is red john is the actors list of the red john episode which only include those two from the red john suspects list however this might not be the final list of actors or maybe the producers are hiding some names to avoid spoiling the audience

I believe that Red John is an idea cultivated by a group of ex-Visulaize members. I believe Bret Stiles created a rift within the starting of Visualize and a vigilante group broke way to prove Bret Stiles wrong in some way. I do not see Bret Stiles killing anyone, but more remorseful of what has happened. So I believe Red John is an ideal more than a person or at least not a solitary person.

I think there are more RedJohn Followers than we're lead to believe.

This is my favourite show but there is one thing i dont understand about the season 3 finale.So i get it how they figured it out that craig o laughlin was the guy who was connected to red john.But i dont get it why was thimoty carter at the mall at the same time as jane and bertram.

I also believe there are more followers of "Red John" than what the show is leading us to believe currently.

firstly, there's such thing called bluetooth ( & it's actually weird if redjohn is using one )
secondly, there's such thing called speaker function on phones.
thirdly, there's such thing called video sequence editing. meaning that redjohn could have spoken to patrick before or after the face painting.
fourthly, it's a little risky for CBI RON to call patrick when he's walking along the halls of cbi or in an interrogation room or something just 3 seconds after bumping into patrick in the hallway. 

fifth, just because heller says there's a clue at the end of the episode, doesn't mean its just one clue. he's doing the same thing as the "yes this list of 7 is legit" . But now at the second episode, we all know it might not be and heller is just playing his mind games. So his 'CLUE' could be anything: the pigeons, lisbon being pulled from her legs, 666, CBI ron, the wrong smiley face, the two hands. He's given so many possible clues so that we don't know which one it is.
