WHAT IS A CON MAN?
A con artist, or a person who uses a fraud method known as a confidence trick.
A confidence trick (synonyms include confidence scheme and scam) is an attempt to defraud a person or group after first gaining their confidence, in the classical sense of trust(Latin:"con-fidere"). A confidence artist (or con artist) is an individual, operating alone or in concert with others, who exploits characteristics of the human psyche such asdishonesty, honesty, vanity, compassion, credulity, irresponsibility, naïveté, or greed.
Maybe he could learn to be good as Jane in mentalism.

- The surname Ruskin has the same meaning of Roy, alias of Red John: "red-haired one"

- SEASON 6 cule....THE CLOWN FACE ON LISBON AND BRET indicates circus!

I think that the theory which mentioned below is can be right. Lisbon isn't dead, of course, but the painted smiley on her face can point on the body of dead Partridge, like all of the smileys does.

I think Partridge isn't dead either, but I'm quite sure that he isn't RJ himself but one of his followers. but there's something in that room which Lisbon saw that maybe important. i don't know what, there were only the sink and a yellow curtain (I think), but it seems strange that we have actually shown what is in the room. we could have been satisfied with just noise that made Lisbon stop watching Partridge for a second.

There are few thing I'm sure about after this episode:
1. There us a mole inside Lisbon's team, and it isn't her.
2. Jane knows more than he told to Lisbon, and more than we saw. He smiled when he saw that someone broke into his room. It's because he predicted it and prepared himself for that and also arranged the RJ's board with the leads just like he wanted whoever broke in to see.
3. Lisbon painted face tells us something. It's not the usual smiley face mark, it seems to be more like a clown (because of the eyes). Maybe a connection to Jane's past at the carny?

In the flashback (season 2 E 8 )  when R.J was killing peaks . nobody can deny it , that was partridge's face in there ( unless they change the footage ) It's a fact not a theory . so what did happen ? red john changed or partridge kill them for R.J ?????

After partridge's grisly death, 2 ideas struck me.

1. What if it's just a hallucination?

Patrick was sectioned, maybe the whole series is a mindf*ck? Maybe he never had a family, none of these people are real, and it's all playing out as some weird delusion.

2. Murder, He wrote.

Or it's all one big trip, RJ is revealed, and then it cuts away to Bruno Heller with a typewriter, calling a publisher to say he's finished his latest book? I Know CBS currently airs Castle, but really, even if it's revealed like that, there's barely any similarity. Castle deals with cases based on his books, this could just be fiction created by a fictitious version of Bruno H. 

Would be a great way to further anger us fans, who've been convinced it's Partridge for 5 bloody years.

Not a theory, this is just for fun.

I VODed Elementary, during the breaks, there were extended Mentalist S6 promos in which they showed a brighter shot of the 'Tyger, tyger' scene in "Red sky in the morning.'  I recognized the mask - it's a transparent old female one that you can get under $10..

At first i was thinking that ist maybe Patrick who ir RJ but i take it back, i think that RJ is going to kill everybody on the list of 7...

Some people here are a strongly in favor of Gale Betram being RJ.

HOWEVER, in the season 3 finale, why would Gale Betram have planted the seeds of thought in Jane's mind about the rope and directly leading to O Laughlin's and Timothy Carter's death?

Why would he have wanted O Laughlin dead when he was such a good RJ disciple and nearly killed Teresa Lisbon and Hightower?
