THE THEORIES

I'm not accusing any one of being Red John but
I think that Brett Partridge works as someone who clears out evidence in the RJ murders. And thus, is connected to Red John. And i'm pretty confident that six names on that list is connected to Red John.

First i want to say there's a lot of theories going around, a lot of suspects being

blamed, but i blame Heller for that reason, he really didn't know who red john

would be at first, he was making it up as he went along and that's not fair to the

viewers. in the beginning it felt like red john was Patrick Jane. i felt that Patrick was

imaging the whole thing making up a man named red john who had murdered his

wife an daughter...etc, but at a point in the show red john felt like it was an

organization or a cult of some sort. I do have a strong feeling on one thing and

that is Brett Partridge is not red john!! theres too many theories on him

i believe he is an accomplice or has deep

connections with red john, i believe he truly does work for red john maybe even

kills for him! he looks like a psychopath. i believe the person who was living with

the blind chick was Brett P, i believe he truly admires him or maybe he's in love with him!! lol too far?

the reason i say that is we came to believe "red john" to be this "powerful,

psychic, rich, well connected, feared maybe respected or admired" man

i'm very disappointed on the "list" because he just might be red john!

i don't understand why Bruno Heller just could've been more creative with the list,

adding in a women or something! things just might have been more interesting,

anyway i was really hoping it was a women, maybe a red headed women!! like

van belt just i thought how else to explain the opposition with the color "red" in each episode. ?????

Just a thought : what if Kirkland were a member of one victim's family ? It would make complete sense : he may think that Patrick Jane is Red John and therefore investigating on him, with Bertram. This would explain why his behaviour was so weird during season 5.

Hi all!

I won't tell you who RJ is but I will tell you how you can find him in a simple way without getting involved with the storyline. Finally we'll have our RJ in hand, that's for sure. Let's take another perspective in trying to find out who he might be. In almost all similar scenarios (unknown serial killer), the killer is somehow revealed. It might be a surprise for the audience or just obvious. It doesn't matter. What matters is that the person picked for that role must fit the character which is generated during the run.

You can't expect Kevin Costner to play a cannibal. He has a natural soft face and expressions. Further, he can't make you feel it's alright. What I'm saying is; the actor and the character image drawn must have a harmony/fit like hand and glove. An exact click. Even though most actors and actresses can overcome hard/complicated acts most of the time but when it comes to some psycho-master serial killer, you need someone who can really make that impression. You can play the game of "who could have played this role if it wasn't him?". For instance; try to find an alternative for Jim Carrey in Ace Ventura. Or replace Al Pacino with someone else in The Godfather.

As I can see from the very beginning of the show, the cast-character match goes perfect, precise and intimate. Try to replace Simon Baker for PJ for God's sake! So, the actor to be picked to play RJ can not happen on random selection. Because, if he doesn't get killed by Patrick immediately after being revealed, this means he will have some time in the show. He will talk, do things, etc. Maybe he will get arrested first. We will somehow see him in interaction with other people. But in his true identity. No more hiding...Therefore, whoever he will be, he will have to fill in the bottle of RJ on all aspects. Serial killers after being caught/revealed (as I have seen so far):

a- Act like crazy. Extreme ideas, exaggerated speech, talking nonsense weird stuff
b- Stay calm, joyful and cool until they have no way out but still you can feel his insanity
c- Get absolutely silent like they are not aware of anyone else around them

If you have any other observations, you can add up in your mind. Now the first question is: Which category do you think RJ will fit in? I pick "b". And who would fit into the category "b"? My money is on Partridge or Haffner. Others, even if they try to play that version, there will be a credibility issue.

Can you imagine a TV show in which almost the whole cast is accused of being the uncaught serial killer??? This leads us to 2 conclusions:

1- The writers are so damn clever so that we can't just connect the dots and figure out who he/she is.
2- The RJ role keeps switching from one to another as the seasons pass and people come to realize who it is.

Don't worry fellas, even if the show ends with disappointment (this will happen for sure), we'll have our posts to live with among which there will be many better alternative scenarios/theories. And the writers and Heller can just bite us :)))

Jane's  father...¿?¿?
I've already seen the last episode of the 5th season. After 5 seasons, I don't rememeber if we now for sure that Jane's father is dead or alive. So, we don't know how old is his father, maybe he is not able to commit murders becasue of his age, but we also don't know if RJ is the one who kills or the one who commands to kill, actually our knonledge about RJ is quite poor. Perhaps Jane ruined his life running away. I thought in his father because it would be a surprise due to they never show him. In Twin Peaks the creators deciced who was the killer recording the "last" episode, and they say YOU, pointing with the finger. In fact, we can be victims of this action.....
