Assuming that one of the seven names is the real Red John
Everybody thinks in height, short hair and all of these superficial things that are common to a high percentage of the men in America, but the smell...
The smell is very important. (“She smelt of sweat and strawberries & cream”)

...and the strong hands
I think he lives in the countryside
For these reasons and because is the most unthinkable

None of the seven. Lisbon may be a suspect by Jane, as Johns accomplice. Remember that Jane only showed her the video after seeing it himself, so he could have produced any matching list of his own suspects. And why would a guy with brains like Jane's need to carry the list in a form of seven photographs!? It is a joke to lul Lisbon deeper in the belief of Red's powers and have her relax. I respect the above comment about the age and hair of Red John. Heller is messing this up. The list may be "real", but what does the "real list mean"? It can be a real fake list.
I am accusing Bruno Heller, but he wasn't on the list.
1) I am super pissed by this 30 suspects thing by CBS. We have been working on this case so hard, re-watching all the episodes several times, and CBS has ruined our work with this stupid marketing strategy to increase ratings.
2) About the statements of Bruno Heller. I don't know what the hell he is thinking, but he ruined our work as well, and possible clever theories. Why the hell is he saying that the list is real, no more twists and RJ is one of them. Maybe I want to think that it is a fake list. Maybe I don't want everything to be this damn simple and linvestigate. Maybe I enjoy double bluffs or I will crack the case?
But no. He has to market it like a shampoo. I really don't like his explanations and spoilers. If you wanna tell something, tell it in the episodes. This suspect pool on the website and spoilers of Heller is quite annoying for me. Our fun is spoiled in exchange of ratings.
Okay, let's admit some things, though we might like it or not.
Let's just all accept that the list is real, as much as we don't want to, and work on these people.
But I want to show the non-sense here:
RJ learned that Lorelei told Jane that they shook hands. And from that, he came up with 7 people that Jane would come up with weeks later. For one second, we may assume that RJ thought just like Jane and RJ is way smarter and can think just like Jane, and found the suspects in advance.
Well, there is one thing RJ doesn't know, Jane's chat with the guy from farm. He told Jane that a person painted that smiling face on the barn, a person some man called "kid".
Now obviously, RJ doesn't know that Jane knows the age of him, so he includes Bret Stiles in the list. But, how the hell does this match with Jane's list? Jane knows that Bret is too old to be RJ.
And Gale is bald, he doesn't have short straight hair, he has no hair at all. And we know that Rosalind was telling the truth for sure, because Dumar told Jane "If only that Rosalind woman didnt show up and spoiled things..."
So, assuming that both RJ and Jane have brains, it is impossible for Jane's list to match RJ's list.
But Bruno says list is real. So what I think is Bruno doesn't give a shit about these. The viewers of the show know Bret Stiles, so he includes him. He is a popular guy somehow connected to RJ. Ppl know Gale so he is in the list.
Well, I don't give a damn about the list anymore. I don't take it serious, because it makes zero sense to me.
I tend to think practically. If Jane was John, then it would ruin a lot of the series. It would put Jane beyond redemption. Who would ever buy merchandise and watch old episodes if they knew that they were just watching a crazy murderer who was the star of the show?
I absolutely love the theories that accuse Patrick Jane, though. Playing off of everyone's hopes/fears, I actually expect that there will be an episode in which Red John tries to convince Jane that he is, in fact, Red John. And Jane will probably be forced to seriously consider this possibility.
I don't recall specifics, but I remember two episodes in particular where people were held in high suspicion simply for being obsessed with RJ. It is a gaping hole in the show that Jane has never yet been really accused of this.
I think it's important to keep things in perspective too. I know we all care about Patrick, and we want to know about Red. But in this series alone we were faced with a character who killed an entire village of people! That has to be worse than Red John, right? If Red has to be portrayed as the true villain in the show, we're probably in for some major shenanigans yet.

If so, then RJ got it or made it up before Lorelei's death. Episode 5x16.
If RJ made it up himself, independently from Patrick, then RJ is a genius. No, he is more than a genius. After all, he managed to narrow the list to the exact same seven names as Patrick did. Superman.
If RJ stole the list from Partick, then Patrick was ready with it by 5x16. What the **** was he doing in the last six episodes (5x17 - 5x22) then?

I have a theory,not a good one.First of all none of the guys on the list is Rd John!Heller said that when we find who Red John is we will be dissapointed.Exactly!If one of the guys in the list is Red John we won't be dissapointed becuse we guessed that it was one of them.But if it's not we will be dissapointed because we didn't expect it.Be patient though!Heller said that Red John's identity won't be reveiled for another 2 seasons(said that on season 5...).
One last thing is about the voice of Red John.He could use a voice filter when in copy cats,so he can be anyone...oh,and Patrick Jane can't be Red John I think.In the finale of season 5 people think that Patrick killed the woman.So in the others episodes?Think about it.And the fact that it was hard to wake up is wrong.Everybody wakes up difficult when others wake him up.

Red John is not on the list of seven. Why? Remember when PJ sticks the toothpick in the wall and Kirklands minions come in and take photos of everything in the room. When PJ comes back he notices that the toothpick fell and even smiles a bit. The list of seven is a decoy to lead RJ astray. Now we know that Kirkland is connected to or works with RJ in some way. Kirkland sends his boys in to find the information, his boys come back and say that they will view the photos and de code the information that they got. Kirkland says no, and that HE will only view the photos. Kirkland then relays then information to RJ. PJ knew that someone would break into the room, so he put up fake information. Now, obviously PJ and Lisbon love each other and I don't think PJ would ever tell Lisbon who his real suspects are because he would never want to endanger the person he loves. In this years season finale Jane receives a CD from a RJ co worker who obviously knows tons about RJ and says that " I have been with RJ for a ver long time". The woman rides in the back seat of a cop car with only 1 policeman who obviously can't keep an eye on her because he is driving, so she kills herself. Why would Jane let a person who has bountiful information of RJ and had been with him for a long time just be able to kill herself? Because he doesn't need anything from her... Because he already knows who RJ'S is. I don't know who it is but I'm 99% sure RJ is not on the list. I believe the video with lorelei was MADE by PJ to confuse lisbon. PJ hyponotised the women that worked with RJ and made her kill herself because PJ Somehow found out she worked with RJ in the past so he hates her. It is now PJs turn to play with RJ
