Lately we have seen Betram working with an FBI guy who is part of Visualize. It would make sense that RJ isn't one person but many people. This would a) make him/them hard to pin down b) with so many inner connections they could always be one step ahead c) they might even think someone else in their group is RJ and they just work in unison to ensure no one gets close d) when one of them gets too close to losing it, they get offed and e) they can keep their enemies..like Jane..close. Jane has a list of suspects. Maybe the whole list is RJ. It is one big group trying to keep the peace but getting rid of those who threaten their way.

I believe it is Robert Strickland of homeland security. Why because of Occam's razor.

Kirkland probably knows who is rj because he did not ask Lennon about him.
As rj is higher up in the system, Kirkland cant do anything to bring him down..
he might have killed Lennon because if he would have lived he would have gone to jail and rj might have freed him like he freed Martins.Kirkland ,i think, is on the good side ,he could just be saving pj by not letting him know who is rj,as pj would kill him as soon as he knows rj's identity.

I think Kirkland is RJ. After the last episode's ending, and his obvious need to find out everything that PJ knows about RJ, I would conclude that he is either working with or for RJ, or is RJ. Being in Homeland Security, he's not only close to PJ and the entire team, but also has a lot of connections. And the RJ smiley face from the episode the Red Barn could have been from him as a kid, or more likely, the original RJ is or was his mentor. RJ has to have someone to carry the torch when he's gone, right? And, if not, it's a well-known fact that he does have accomplices.

I don't think PJ is RJ.  I think RJ is someone who is close to Jane ,someone who you never expected to be RJ. Maybe is someone of PJs family,maybe is his dad or someone like that,someone who controlled everything from afar,and someone who have a good connections .. I don't think Bert is RJ it will be too obviously , person who watched 1 ep with Bert could concluded that he is RJ.
