Second, here are my 8 points to demostrate that Wayne Rigsby is Red John.

1) Red John should be in front of us all the time. It's not funny if not.
2) Jane killed a fake Red John once, why not twice?
3) Gale Bertram said he called Jane because someone told him to do it. What if Red John told McAllister to do what he did?
4) Red John is a genius, Wayne Rigsby looks like a fool during all the six seasons, nobody could even imagine that he is the real psycho killer.
5) Heller has created a lot of incredible puzzles and event changes during the six seasons, why he could reveal Red John just in that way?
6) They spent six seasons to reveal us the real Red John, why they would do it now, and not in the last episode?
7) This story must end with the killing of Red John, there's nothing after that, right?
8) The look of Red John revealed by the blind woman on a last season (I don't remember in which exactly chapter was that) is pretty much like Rigsby than McAllister. The age, the tall, etc.

(English isnt my primary language) 5 episodes left and you guys think its done? Red john is  Thomas McAllister realy?? NO ! Ok forget all you THINK you know about Red John. And put the fact upfront. Red John is cute, charismatic and young. Dont forget Lorelei and Roselin are 2 beauty, both of them fall in love with Red John. You realy think they would fall for that old man?? REALY?? NO, not at all. 5 episodes left, in the last 2 episodes only the REAL Red John will be revaled. And i can only see one guy; Wayne Rigsby. Red John have to be someone who was in the show from day 1. Someone who shake PJ hand, not friend with him, but close enough to always be one step ahead of PJ.  Someone cute enough to get Lorelei fall in love madly with him. Someone who you ll never see it comming (unless your smart like me). Wayne Risgby will be the perfect Red John. Season 6 episode 7, when CBI learn where is the fat cop is, you see Wayne Rigsby pickup the phone and call someone. And when he arrive at the place. The red john acolyte shake rigsby hand and know rigsby... strange isnt it?Think about it ... Wayne Rigsby is RED JOHN. 

Now since we all know that red john is Thomas McAllister. abut i think that wayne could be red john now because thomas was trying to tell patrick who told him the seven people on the list. Now ive been watching this show since the start and red john is too smart to go out in the open like what McAllister did. it seems like an important subject and could be someone from the cbi group. wayne was helping out he fbi agent on where jane might be and was calling the fbi officer sir. he could just have been helping red john but it would be a very good ending if jane caught out wayne and he put on the voice and said he was red john. this is only a theory i came up with not sure if it is plausible.

Now Rigsby can say he rugby tackled Red John.

From here on in, we can chose the be skeptic or optimistic, we know one thing for sure that this show in general has not been a  disappointment, every out come has been calcualted, smart and bittersweet.
Now im sure most people have got their hands on the leaked copy by now, as planned, perfect timing wouldn't you say, this will be in our thoughts until air date in a couple of hours.
Here's why you should be skeptic, its doesnt make sense for The writer and everyone to end it that way, it was cheap, ( i didn't feel my heart bumping at any point),  finding out Sherif was RJ didnt mean much, it was like bamm, or perfect, it didnt fit any description really, its more of a downer.
  We can be optimistic because we know this show and deep down no one wants to lose it, no matter the end, so we can count on the end to be good!

Here's some more reason's why i think its a fake, If it was real, wouldn't the writers and producer come out and make a comment, an apology or confession, but no it's all silence. i think this is a calculated attempt to keep us amused and excited for the grand finale, after all we have been on it for 6 seasons with them.
All i can say is im sure we are in for a shock as usual.If not then daym it would suck...but any real true mentalist fan would'nt really give a damm and im sure would want to watch the next episode.

Oh yeah and would be crazy if it was Rigsby!

Anyone out there still believing that the writer of a series full of plot holes and unanswered question has the smartness to leak a fake episode?
