Who is Red John?

Theories of DB1813 (8)

I think the list of 7 is Jane's red herring. He don't trust to anyone and he wasn't upset when RJ found out about the names.
Jane is  playing much deeper game and nobody knows the details except Patrick.

I don't see RJ as a member of some secret organization where lot of people knows about his identity.

This should be battle of two amazing minds, not men vs corrupt law enforcement officials.

RJ vs Jane and let the best man win.

I put few of my theories here and I'm for Mashburn bcos i don't trust this list.
Also Rosalind's description could be a red herring.

But one thing  I really hope is that "Partridge is alive" theory every second post.

I am tired of listening to that story even if is true.

And this idea with Reede Smith and Tyger Tyger tree house gang is disappointing.

I don't know who is RJ but I hope it won't be Alex Jane. Because, for me he is not even close to Patrick with his abilities. If he is so capable why did he spend half of his life in circus scheming people for pocket money?
He is just greedy 3rd class con artist who can only trick naive old people or little kids.
I would put him in a same rank like spiritual adviser Nate Glass.

In the last episode Ron tell Jane that Rigsby is on the phone. So why would Jane sent Rigsby to look for the notes when there wasn't any.
I think phones in CBI are bugged and Jane knows that, so he is giving RJ wrong leads.
An also Ron is RJ or his informer.
Jane is giving a  lot of red herrings now and RJ still thinks he is one step ahead.

I don't know why everyone is talking about gps devices as some kind of solid evidence.
As we saw before RJ is not some kind of a beginner. He knew about trackers and if he's on the list of 7  for sure  he didn't bring his phone while "working".
Jane knew from the beginning that RJ will find out about the trackers.
The question is what is he offering to his minions so they follow him and die for him.
He is not a lonely psychopath but a mentalist who can control and give orders to high ranking people in state law enforcement agencies.
That person must have qualities of PJ, Mashburn and Stiles.

Van Pelt look too naive especially in season 5 when Stiles played with her mind like she is a toddler.
But maybe all that is a mask and act she is playing,
I don't have any clues or explanations but i believe that Jane is playing some games for a long time and he don't believe in that list. No matter what Bruno Heller said.

And also those clues that we know about RJ about physical look, age, even gender can all be lies.
Also it is clear by know he is not just some serial killer. He created a cult, like I said before he is on some kind of mission in his own mind.
We don't know his motives and we can only guess.

IMO, RJ is not on the list and Jane knows that. I think he have a bigger plan which include that toothpick scheme.
Jane is leading the game for quiet some time and is doing that very patient and secretly so RJ think he have an upper hand.
He knew that Lisbon will tell the team about the list, and also she will put those gps devices. If Jane believe in that list he would never told Lisbon about that.
Everything he's doing is with some purpose and plan, now there's no such a thing like coincidence.
And also 2 other things looks like clue from episode ending:
1. That car wasn't some random car
2. There was something abut the sink

Mashburn or Minelli plus Kristina Fry
