Coz watching that episode alone ... i see no single reason why i would come back and work for him.

Besides all the stuff - - - I would recommend to watch the scene to the end when Jane meets Pike ... if you happen to know Jane's "micro" expressions well after all the series ... at least to me ... it seemed he got really angry when spotting Pike - - - -as I said . . . Jane does not love her , and the only reason he cried when he told her otherwise... is that he knew it will break her heart in future... but he had to do it...
so give it a try .... pause on when Jane starts to talk to Pike ... what do you see ?
