THE THEORIES

Bruno Heller has just confirmed there's gonna be a mini-series call "Red John chronicles". Hopefully they'll explain the details there.

I've been wondering if Patrick is RJ many times, but there is always one thing that makes it impossible.
Could he kill his family? Sure. If he really is that cold-blooded sociopath, he could do it to have an excuse to join CBI and mess with them a little bit. To have fun.
Also RJ is really great in hypnosis (which I think puts Rigsby out of equation) and as we Know Patrick is one of the best.
But why on God's Earth would he (as RJ) rarget as a enemy number one himself??
He is messing with Jane, surely enjoys this whole game between them. What fun would be messing with himself? No fun at all.....

"I thought this was a great episode!" - hahahahhahahaaha... now, it wasn't ? it was the most terrible episode of all 6 seasons but at least it unrevealed the truth..

"All my hope is gone with this episode :| " - Word!

Okay, this is the truth, and I don't allow any other scenario:

The only thing that makes us believe this show is one of it's kind: Patrick Jane.
He is indeed an exceptional character and this is the only smart and clever thing about The Mentalist series. Both humorous and charismatic. Sophisticated. Unpredictable for over 100 episodes.
Nonetheless Patrick Jane is a scheme! Everyone of you could write a script for a one episode because those are just "interludes" in the Red John case. Well.. everyone but this Stoopkid fella... Man.... (words fail me) Rigsby and Grace aren't the brain of the outfit... just click that shit you maniac, because it makes you look like an idiot...
So ultimately: Bruno wrote those ten or more episodes including Red John murders, and other screenwriters just fill the series with brilliant cases involving Jane's character to make them special.

Answers:

- Red John WAS Sheriff Thomas McAllister. If you haven't noticed the title of this episode says: RED JOHN. (How would have they straighten up something like this?)

- Nobody will bother to explain that of Red John that remains... unexplained?

- Grace and Wayne won't show up anymore because they won't risk their lives. Stoopkid..the show made you a lil bit over-creative huh?..

- I'm gonna watch this 6th season till it's over but I would never watch any episode again as I would if Red John concept wasn't so screwed up "red all over".

Thanks for your time.

The Patridge death scene has really got me stumped. Lisbon didn't get killed is understandable since she is a main character and she is essential to the show but what I don't get is why
People are theorizing that McAllister was going to kill her but then the pigeons scared him away, but if he has such a phobia how can he stand staying there for sufficient time to draw the smiley on her face. I'm going to make a stab at an assumption that he already made the decision to not kill her when he started to draw the smiley on her face, since the smiley would usually be done with the victim's blood.. and possibly after they're killed.. ? SO YEAH overall WHY DIDN'T HE KILL HER? Was it just a warning to Jane that he could kill her at anytime? It feels like Heller just planted random clues with no elaborate reasoning and made up random scenes with no thorough explanation.

I sure hope they explain it later in the episodes because there are so many things bugging me.

from the heller interview

Red John said he was psychic. Is that to be believed?
Heller: I would leave that thread dangling …  Jane feels very strongly, as I do, that psychics don’t exist. But you can’t tell that to the many millions of people who go to psychics every week and get genuine comfort and solace and understanding from what those psychics say. So that’s very deliberately a way of not being doctrinaire about that issue and leaving it to the audience. All answers to that question are correct and it depends on your point of view.

#fuck those people and give us a real explanation

OK, let's forget about the leak. Only a few hours left to know the truth.

Bruno Heller : "It wasn't my decision (to kill Partridge); it was Red John's decision," Heller told EW. "Why did he kill Partridge? What possible reason could he have for that? A very good reason will be revealed down the line," he added.

Did we see that in this episode???

So see you tomorrow for the real episode ;)
