Who is Red John?

Theories of Aquahorseify (2)

I DID SEE THE LEAKED EPISODE, BUT HERE IS WHY I THINK IT IS FAKE. SPOILERS BELOW
First, this episode was so drastically out of order it is not even funny. If we think for one second here, CBS has been messing with us for some time; delaying that episode for no reason, etc. Also, do we really think the promo would legitimately show who Red John is? It CLEARLY shows McCallister as he breaks through the window, and also as he enters into the church. This would be the most foolish thing to do, because CBS and Heller know that people will easily slow down the footage or examine it (IT was broadcast over television for crying out loud) Also, the cheesy Pigeon scene? You really think after all these years Red John's demise comes from a bird that ate bread crumbs off his hand? I think the funny pigeon hints during the beginning of the season were anticipating this fake reveal. Also, after John gets shot, he is shown just looking at the bird, almost like something you'd find in a savor-the-moment comedy. I don't think for a second we should be savoring in that savior of a pigeon. Also, the camera spends the time to go back and zoom into the pigeon on the statue??? You really believe that crap for one second? Finally, I looked back at the promo, and after Red John Does the voice, and before he is shot, there is something interesting. Now I cant remember for sure, but I think that after Patrick threw the pigeon at Thomas he had to go back and get his gun under the seat, during which Red John moved back a bit more. Jane is shown in the leak getting it then shooting him, stumbling an kicking the gun, and shooting Oscar ( who acts very horribly after getting shot). In the promo Patrick has his gun almost directly after what looks like he threw the pigeon. It is not consistent with the leak, and is slightly different, meaning I hope that there will be a much better episode!!

I get a feeling that all along someone in Tyger has been trying to take down Red John. The idea that red john began only killing girls for the most part is what they wanted to follow through. I believe red john did kill all at the barn, but moved on to only women, to teach them lessons. I think that the person who killed Jane's family is within Tyger, and wanted to get rid of Red John, or frame him. They knew that Jane would go after him like a hound, and so he was framed. The only ruthless one I can think of is Bertram. I believe that Bertram contacted Haffner or killed Janes family himself. Partridge knows this and has been trying VERY hard to gain Patricks trust. Think the situation with Betram and Timothy Carter; he knew what to tell him, etc. I think Jane knows Partridge is not his family's killed, but to make sure people understand the seriousness of catching Bertram, accuses Bertram. The way Partridge acts and such suggests e is god of Jane, but not enough to murder his family, even if he is prideful. He would not murder innocent children since he admires Jane so much. The fact Partridge not says Tyger Tyger before his death suggests he is still playing this "game" with the CBI, not willing to give up the killer to Jane so easily. The fact partridge stop plays this "game" tells me he is Red john. He could have given a name directly, or at least something more feasible. I think Jane is searching for Red John, but knows his family's killer is not the actual Red
john, but has became janes red john. Also, have you noticed the way van pelt was acting especially towards rigsby about the Tyger conspiracy?
