Am i the only one who's noticed a majority of the people think it's haffner? Is it possible that Heller wants us to think it's heffner, it's almost as if he loves to throw false clues to throw us off track. Heller is good at that! I think he is too smart to give us enough clues to figure out who red john is this early, he would be more careful. Gale Bertram is a possibility for me, he has the power, even though Bret Stiles has more power, i doubt he is a notorious serial killer, well, at least it's very unlikely! i think it could be bertram because he has that creepy vibe about him, he is always trying to find out what Jane knows, and his voice sound very much like red john only a deeper version. I hope you see where i'm coming from!

Kristina Frye is a mentalist as Patrick Jane . She is so damn clever . she some times solves things before Patrick Jane does . And when the scene happened that Red John kidnapped her . she took her passport with her and her stuff . Red john didn't kill her because she is Red John . when she decided to come back and show her self , she claims that she was hypnotized to believe that she is dead so that Jane doesn't suspect her . And If you rewatched S2 E22 and E23 and the day that she return you will find out her actions . She shook hands with Patrick Jane and they we're not friends . remember when Jane went to the bathroom :) . He was gonna tell her some thing that he can't stay with her , but he got a call for the office .
