I just saw something rather peculiar at tvguide.com!
They have already written a plot synopsis for the 4th episode called "Red Listed" and it is as follows;
"Episode Synopsis: Jane creates a phony list of Red John suspects and it gets stolen, endangering the lives of those named on the list. "
