I would like to think that it might be Dean Harken because he fits the description - red haired, short, above 30 years and has a ring on his hand indicating he might be "MARried". One strange coincidence is that he has red hair and the name Roy means Red haired and Jane has him in his list too. Nobody might suspect him as he appears only in one episode.
