I think Red John is a completely different issue from the Tyger, Tyger issue. Tyger, Tyger is most likely, what it was stated to be, some secret organization of law enforcement. Red John may or may not be a member since all the people on the list except Brett Stiles are some form of law enforcement. Partridge was probably involved with Tyger Tyger and said these words to Lisbon thinking she was
(Or IS) a member. Why would he think this? Remember the poker game she was invited to start playing in with all of those high level law enforcement people?? My theory is this was the first step to being invited into the organization. A sort of "trial run" to see if they wanted to formally invite her in. Because those poker games made no sense otherwise until now. What we don't know is was she invited in? I think Tyger Tyger is something, that if the show survives to see another season ( here's hoping it does!) will be the next storyline to follow.
Who do I think Red John is? If I have to guess I'd say Ray Haffner, but that is just a guess.
