Among new footage In the video..if it isn't clear..
Patrick walks into a room (a setup most likely) with Van Pelt and Rigsby, Van Pelt asks him what the plan is..Patrick tells her to shoot anyone that tries to harm him.
Also Lisbon telling someone about the SEVEN SUSPECTS OVER THE PHONE(Really??) and Patrick warning her that Red John will lead her on and get to her!!
And The most shocking part

Red John has completely broken into The CBI and we can see his trademark smiley all over the CBI HQ, with Lisbon and Rogsby watching over smiley's painted on the floor and other places, while two people can be visible in the background, shot and possibly killed.
One is a girl leaning against the wall in the far background and one person fallen to the far right.
BADASS. I'm dying of excitement. Its gonna be AN AWESOME SEASON. CAN'T WAIT!!

Ok..this is not an accusation. I do not have a concrete theory right now and frankly I don't want to have one..I love the supense, the mystery and it will only make the reveal somewhat satisfying.
Plus it says a lot about how great the writing is seeing that we're all confused and no matter how concrete we think our theories are there's always something amiss..part of the puzzle missing, incomplete. I love that.
This is an observation. Watch Red John's Rules again. I'll post a link below. WHEN PATRICK IS STARTING TO TELL LISBON ABOUT HIS LIST IN THE CAR AT THE BEGINNING OF THE EPISODE AFTER THEY HAVE VISITED THE CRIME SCENE, HERE'S WHAT HE SAYS:
ASSUMING LORELAI IS TELLING THE TRUTH, RED JOHN IS ONE OF 1357 MEN ETC...
He says Lorelai IS telling the truth not WAS. Don't know if it was a mistake, the timeline is also confusing. I just think the writer's wouldn't normally make mistakes like that, especially when it comes to such an important character. Mistake or not, just something I came accross, take a look:

Hi fans.

The fact is, only Bruno Heller knows who Red John is. The director always confuses us and he previously mentioned: "everybody will try to find out who is the mysterious serial murder, but when Red John be reveal, the audience will be very disappointed"

Also fact is, Patrick Jane isn't Red John.

I tried to figure out who Red John is, but there are a lot of red herrings in the series, therefore I gave up. Also fact is, Patrick Jane isn't Red John.

Unfortunately, we have to wait, but I hope, in this season, finally we will see the unmask Red John.
