What I don't really understand is how lisbon didn't see RJ in episode 1 of this season when she was in the house looking for Partridge. She searched the whole house and there did not appear to be any more doors or corners that RJ could have been hiding behind. The ONLY person in the house was Partridge. And just because we were told that he was found dead, doesn't mean anything since we did not actually see the body. We know that cops are working on the inside with RJ so it would not be hard at all for them to fake the death.
The only other theory that I like is the twin of Kirkland. As I saw in an earlier theory, it makes no sense for Kirkland to have killed that man last season who knew the identity of RJ. Kirkland was clearly going to great lengths to find RJ!
