Whoever RJ turns out to be,Heller better have a strong back-story for him.because i am sure as hell they've changed their story.
at first he was a sociopath , sick , but good serial killer who had a few friends (like everybody) but suddenly he became a superhuman , a genius , a super psychologist , a ladies man , who has worshipers who do everything for him (even committing suicide !!!)
at first his friend was orville tanner (a normal criminal ) and now according to jane he has powerful friends all over the california.
he is a super human who is everywhere , even watching all the programs to know who is talking about him so few hours later he can kill them (seriously!!!)
now there is 7 suspects . and according to heller the list is legit. ok , let's take a look at it .
as you can see partridge is the most popular suspect . there is evidence which confirms that he is red john . for example the voice or the flashback when R.J was killing peaks . nobody can deny it , that was partridge's face in there ( unless they change the footage ) but again , i think everybody agree that the person who poisoned rebeca was red john . now , take an other look at him , he has a strong upper body and wide shoulders ( unlike partridge )
Well i think because of heller's interview we can rule patrick ( apparently after 5 season heller made his decision about him :D )
Then there is kirkland .there is three kind of theory about him1 : He is hunting red john : if this is true then we can certainly say that he knows red john's true identity ( otherwise he should asked lennon before killing him ) . so if he knows who red john is why doesn't he kill RJ ?
2 He is red john : Bruno Heller and someone else said: we might have seen him in first or second seasons and as we saw he looks the same as he did 10 years ago ( when PJ joined CBI) + someone comes out of nowhere in fifth season !!! i don't know...
3 He is accomplice : possible but again who is red john ?
Gale Bertram : someone whom a lot of people after last episode saying that he is our guy . yes he has connections , yes he quotes william blake , but he wasn't in first 2 seasons and honestly since his first episode i haven't seen a single cleverness in him . jane easily plays him like he did in his first episode . he made him to talk complete rubbish on TV about a diamond . he easily lose poker to an old guy and etc .... now you want me to believe he is the master mind super human that show describes ?
Bret Stiles : Only person in list that can be red john with his brainwashing abilities and connections and endless money and worshipers. but in 1988 he would be 45 , and no one calls a 45 years old man a kid.
Ray Haffner : someone whom jane in few days almost got him fired , someone who make himself obvious by being nosy about allison farm ... sorry but no sir .

Reede Smith and McAllister which i think even mentioning them in list was an insult to fans .
how did Jane narrow down his list of suspects to seven ? how can he possibly know where have they been ?
like i said alot of loose ends and paradoxes. that's why i hope they have a good and strong back story for their serial killer .there is a lot of other clues but i think i made my point .
