I just found out that this young man will be present in the Red john episode Airing the 17th of november 2013

he looks alot like Patrick Jane ,I would say that Red John could be his son all along ..PJ is in his middle 40s ,this man is 25 years old ..PJ couldve had a woman pregnant and he run away..
This theory is possible !!!!!
