Who is Red John?

Theories of bdc (2)

[wiki-quote]Self-realization
is a maturing of the ego or personality to accept its own evanescence and thus
allow space for the true Self to reveal itself[/wiki-quote]

The whole
RJ phenomenon is surrounded by Visualize, since he is the perfect example of
someone who found his true self and lives by it. Since RJ obviously still is a
Visualize member he's being aided and protected by the cult. Bret Stiles and RJ
might even have a master/apprentice relationship, with Brett Stiles being the
master and RJ the apprentice. Brett
Partridge seems to fit the role of RJ perfectly. His posture and voice
resembles RJ 's appearance in the season two finale `Red Sky in the Morning`.
Brett has a job that feeds his obsession and after hours he gives in to his
true self.

The thing
is... 5 out of the 7 suspects (sorry hardly any info on the Sheriff and Reed
Smith) all individually have some of the ingredients of the RJ soup, but none
of them have the complete set. The Bret/Brett combo tastes like great RJ soup
to me.

And on a
side note:

Kirkland
was able to figure out the 7 potential suspects on PJ lists (after copying all
the info in Jane's room) and fed the information to Brett Stiles or RJ himself.

Kirkland
question for the accomplice (before he kills him) 'Do you remember my face?' is
possibly to verify if he recognises him a as fellow Visualize member. If he
would have answered by saying "Yes" then Kirkland would probably have
said something like "Then you know what needs to be done.".

RJ was able
to kill Jane's happy memory, because he knew about this dream. This information
could have been retrieved in possibly two ways: 1. During Jane's dark times in
the asylum, where the shrink possible performed some regression therapy on Jane
with `the happy childhood moment` being the cliché question. The info could be
passed to Visualize in many ways. Accomplices inside the asylum or by Ray
Haffner being the expert in wiretaps and creative surveillance techniques... Or
2. During Jane's time at the Visualize centre where he fell `asleep` and
meanwhile was being robbed of his memories.

One thing
I'm 100% certain of..... I can't wait for season 6 to start! ;)

I think it is Robert Kirkland, and for anyone who has seen the last few episodes, it seems quite plausible. I mean, the whole scene where he kills the guy in the hospital saying "I'm a friend"..... and when he met Patrick Jane, he looked at him and said "Hello Patrick", and Jane looked at him and said "Have we met?". Kirkland's face then changes quite drastically and introduces himself. Something about him, I don't know, it just isn't right.
Well, that's my guess anyways!
