The fate of Brett Partridge will make alot of people look stupid:
* If Brett Partridge is dead, all the current BP fans will be idiots (most probable)
* If Brett Partridge is alive, the writers are complete fools not letting the viewers have a chance solving who's RJ.
If we have to assume that every death in this series could be fake then ANYONE could be Red John and no logic would apply whatsoever. Jane would never allowed BP to fake his death, I'm sure he would check the corpse himself when he's on the scene, it's a friggin RJ suspect!!
People are too fixated with the list just because Heller said in some interview that "we can trust the list". That doesn't mean anything... we can trust that the list are fake?
