I personally have two suspects which would fit my profile of Red John.
Brett Partridge: They said there is something special about Partridge his death and I like to believe he returns. The Theory that Stiles is his father might be true, maybe Patrick really wants to kidnap Stiles to get Partridge out of hiding (Because obviously Patrick knows already who Red John is, he is just playing his games). Saw the promo for a Criminal Minds episode coming out soon? Look who it is and the voice is similar to Red John. We all know the other clues that lead to Partridge, so I won't list all of them now.

Maybe Heller wants us to believe it is Partridge, in that case here is my second suspect:
Ray Haffner: (In case he didn't die now)
He was my suspect from the very start and I still hold onto it. When they gathered all the suspects together, he was the only one asking Lisbon to drop the Red John Case after, why would he want that? Because either he is involved or he is Red John himself. He is involved into Visualise as well and stuff.
BESIDES
The other three are involved into Tyger Tyger, which will go on when the Red John case is done. The woman last week was killed by one of those three or another memeber of Tyger Tyger. It was never Red John who bugged their office, it was the organisation. The murder was unlike Red John anyway.
