I cant believe how you guys are so naive, kirkiland (or whatever his name is) isnt red john. When Lorelei said that Jane shook hands with RJ she couldnt have known that Jane met kirkiland so that clears him of being a suspect.Also by saying that he shook hands with RJ doesent have to mean that he shook hands with him literally it could mean that he just met him or saw him. My guess is that RJ is a therapist.If you watch red sails in the sunset again you will notice that loreleis sister miranda was sold to a couple.The couple said that she was a troublesome child and that they have sent her to the therapist while she was going to high school.My guess that he is RJ.Brett Stiles isnt RJ i just know that .
