Maybe I didn't scroll down far enough to see this discussed. I saw a few posts wondering if perhaps in Partridge's dying breaths(yes I think he is dead) to Lisbon that he was saying Tyger Tyger to try and warn her. Maybe he used to be a member of Tyger Tyger but for some reason quit/got kicked out or something, which would explain why the skin where his tattoo had been was cut off. Almost comparable to Sons of Anarchy or something where they black out your tattoos if you leave the club. I don't really know how, but I think Brett Partridge was a good guy here, or at least harmless
