Ray Haffner is the only suspect in my personal theory... And patrick's list is trustworthy. BUT... Patrick only thinks that Red John is one of Three people (not seven)... Ray Haffner, Gale Bertram, and Robert Kirkland... this is proven by the fact the patrick only shook hands with these three people. he never shook hands with Reede Smith, Brett Stiles, McAlister, or Partridge.
Here is the proof that Haffner and Kirkland is the only possible people to be Red John.
1. Red John is said to be a previous member of Visualize... Ray Haffner is the only person on the list known to be involved with Vizualize
2. Harker Rosalind (the blind lady who was involved with Red John) says that Red John has a full head of hair and states RJ's height (sry i don't remember what size she said... But BERTRAM is too tall and is bald)
Robert K. is a very good suspect... But here is why he isn't RJ. to explain this, i need to tell you that PJ has a plan to catch RJ... and he is one step ahead of RJ. and also why did PJ put 4 extra names on the list if PJ narrowed it down to 3???
PJ's Plan:
Step one: prove that RJ is not psychic!
for this step to work, one must believe the Lorelei is still alive... and PJ knows that. so he narrowed his list to three people... then he wrote down the list (keep in mind that PJ is not a person who WRITES lists down... he can remember seven names just fine) he manipulated RJ's accomplice (either Kirkland or Berchem.. but i think it's Kirkland) into stealing the list and giving it to RJ.
then RJ did what PJ wanted him to do... Let PJ know that RJ knows of the seven names and that the real RJ is one of the names..
RJ can't be psychic because he named all seven names... PJ put four extra names on the list so that if RJ was really psychic, he would know that the 4 other names (Reede Smith, Brett Stiles, McAlister, or Partridge) are fake... but he didn't!!!
which proves to PJ that RJ took the list with 4 impossible names. that RJ didn't read Patrick's mind haha!
step 2: Use Lisbon to figure out if RJ is Ray H . (PJ already knows that Ray is RJ)
Lisbon did exaclly what Jane wanted... have bugs put into the phones of the seven suspects and then PJ gave the anonymous tip to the CBI about the disturbance that Partridge was in (he knew RJ would kill the most insulting suspect... Partridge. cuz RJ doesnt want to be compaired to a freak like Partridge)
Keep in mind that the show has shown that Ray has a love intrest in Lisbon. (Love triangle between PJ and RJ for Lisbon???)
Ray killed Partridge and took Lisbon not killing her. the "big hint" is that: the face drawn on Lisbon's face is diffrent from the usual RJ smiley face. the eyes are "open" instead of "closed" like the usual RJ face.
RJ didn't kill Lisbon because he is in love with her (the only reason why RJ would spare Lisbon)... the only person other than Jane to have an intrest in Lisbon is Ray Haffner... Proving that he is Red John!!!
