OMG. In the promo Red John (we assume so) says "The game is over and I have won."...this doesn't sound like any of the list of 7, certainly not Bertram, but it does sound like a certain someone who died in Season 2 and had a thing for Lisbon...

John (!) Musashi- lawyer of visualize. I know he is not on the list but Bertram just doesn't fit as the crafty and manipulatory Red John to me. In the episode 'his thoughts were red thoughts' ep. 16 season 4, Musashi comes into the interrogation room were Bret Stiles reacts quite weird. He shrugs and crunches like he is afraid of his lawyer and than is apologetic about the situation. It looks like the lawyer is in charge not Stiles. Also visualize should be somehow connected to Red John.

Its simple bertram is not RJ the whole going public thing is to bring the real red john out because him the narcisist he is he would not want anyone taking credit..... The whole partridge thing with the shoulder is wierd and i think at that moment PJ knew that bertram may not be RJ my money is in the sheriff still

I am just shivering with excitement over what will happen in the next episode... But in the end, it won't even matter who this f***** was all along, because we all had so much fun speculating, theorizing and making over 11 thousand theories! I wont regret all those nights i spent looking at hundreds of you guy's theories, so I guess in the end, i'll never be dissapointed, whoever it was, because we waited for so long... and... IT WAS HELLA WORTH IT
The guy whom Jane killed as red john is the real red john, the same voice in the promo! I think, listen to it, maybe i'm mistaken but could be!
