Now I don't know whether we should consider this a clue, but did anyone else notice the boxes in the storage-room where Bertram goes in 6.07?

In two different scenes you can see boxes saying "Shand Creek" and "Seven Graces", Valley winery/cafe, both addressed in Napa Valley.

And if you recall, both of these places were featured in episodes that had Sheriff McAllister in them. And not to mention the wine bottles in the room and Bertram's id named to a "Thomas".

Since day one when the list was revealed I
was in the Bertram camp..... but after viewing this weeks episode, I have to
admit i might be changing my vote.  I mean it still could be bertram and I
would be happy if it was, but it all seems to obvious to be him.  The way
things are playing out I think he is a top guy in TT but not red john.

Red John is indeed McAllister, for a few reasons.

 - he has been there since the beginning which would make sense.

-  faking his death and killing jane would be the ultimate victory

-  red john brought the bomb into the house on his person,  probably
in his Sheriffs hat...  that is why stiles and haffner were killed... they
were closest to it. It would easy to bring in a body and fake DNA records for a
guy like red john.

- Jane calls out Bertram in the media because he really thinks he is red john,
or more likely, he gets the CBI shut down and the FBI chasing a red herring so
he can take out red john one on one.

- watch the promo, the guy going through the window, they guy jane chases
through the cemetery, the guy walking down the church aisle, the comparision of
hands photo.. all point to McAllister

- Jane is in the church waiting for Red john...  the look on his face
is  because he knows the end is coming and what he has to do.

from what we know through interviews and the promo.... next weeks episode could play out like this.... it
starts in the church, follows him through the graveyeard and eventually meets
up in a park where the end will occur... and if it isn't Bertram somewhere in
between all this he meets up with Jane and their story is concluded.....

anyway just some thoughts.... more importantly I hope we get answers to the
many questions that  been created through the years....

Guys guys guys...
Don't make me confused with all those Michael Kirkland theories..
My mind is actually believing a little that Michael Kirkland was the one killing Jason Lennon. He did asked do you recognize me? Whether Jason saw his brother or not. Jason didn't see Bob Kirkland, so Michael was free to kill him without a risk.

Please please, don't tell me this..
The guy on the promo is really Sheriff Thomas McAllister, I did prove that with a screen capture in my previous theory. His stuntman also said that he will star on the next episode.

I will get crazy if he is like Bertram also a Red Herring made by Bruno Heller. It would make it totally correct why Bertram took Thomas' stuff, they are working together. Hence the three dots.

What if the Red Herrings (Bertram and McAllister) are getting shot the next episode. And Michael walks in the church and says "The game's over and I won."

I'm getting confused big time, I'm yet still going for Sheriff Thomas McAllister, but this just blew my mind and now there is growing doubt in me..

I won't accuse anybody in my post to be RJ anymore. I'll just wait for the big episod in 5 days from now.

I've watched the last episode 3 times and I've noticed that when he entered the church and put himself on his knees, PJ face does not express sadness or reflexion or disappointment. He seems to be anxious, like when somebody is expecting something but without knowing exactly what would happens.
I think RJ asked PJ to meet him in the churchand so PJ came and is waiting for his nemesis.
I still not understand why we had this rapid plan on PJ leg in the church ...

Hey, has anyone else posted this theory, that the reason investigators believe that all 3 of these, Styles, Haffner, and McAllister, died in the explosion is because the DNA was suspect--not because of Tyger, Tyger, but because 2 of the 3 suspects are in fact related?

Is Haffner Styles' son, and one of them actually escaped the blast and is Red John?

Danny Ruskin.

- Jane's wife, would have been murdered by the Blake association. To extract revenge, Danny kills the members of Blake association or people who helped them one by one… all along he leaves a clue - the smiley in blood, of Jane. This could mean something to both Danny and Jane (viewers might not yet know)

So Red John is someone who is avenging for the same reason as Jane wants to… all along he destroys Jane's old memories - cause he was angry that he took away his sister from him… but at the same time he couldn't bring himself to kill Jane cause he was family.

Other reasons why we can be sure that Brett Partridge faked his death and is also Red John:

1. Remember, outside the elevator, Haffer told Jane that there was "a comeuppance headed your way"? Now why we he tell Jane that unless he KNEW that Brett was still alive and would come back as RJ?

2. The fact that he was the first on the list of 7 to "die" and thus be eliminated. This was what Heller wanted all along to throw us off.

3. Because Bret Styles told Patrick Jane in a previous season, "I know more than you or Red John." Now why would he say this unless Partridge was, in fact, his son, and therefore, naturally, also Red John?

4. In real life the actor who plays BP is about 45 years old.

5. Robin Tunney said she was shocked by RJ's identity. Now why would she say that if RJ isn't Partridge?

6. Remember when arriving at the house in episode 6.2, Bertram told the on scene investigator that he only knew BP "slightly?" Now why would he say that if Partridge wasn't Red John?

7. They never told us whose house it was that BP and Lisbon were found in. Why would BP just go to some random house, unless he went there to fake his own death!

Brett Partidge is Red John people. See how EVERY clue in the show points to him, and only him?
