In the leak episode when the McAllister says "Totally fair, the game is over and I won", we see the frontal image. On the promo we see the scene behind the Thomas. And the voice of the leak episode is a little different of the promo on this scene....
Amanda has confirmed that herself and rigsby will in fact start there own detective thing after red john, as that magazine spoiler foretold. That would mean that the article is somewhat legit. But it also stated that red john revealed himself to patrick in this episode because he "desperately wants a relationship with him." So whats up with that, didnt seem like he wanted a relationship to me.

Ultimate proof the "leaked" episode is a fake (or at least it has been tampered with): the start and end production codes do not match. At 00.01 is 4x5608, whether at 43:36 is #3x7954 .
