I will show a theory to explain the Heinbach issue.

Not very convincing that Heinbach, a failed pedophile, suddenly becomes a hacker and an accomplished assassin.

With the idea that RJ still is out there, he made Heinbach his disciple. Maybe he gave him what he most wanted in life, and then asked for devotion and sacrifice.

He was used to kill specifically LaRoche and Ardilles. Both were Blake Association.
The list of the hacked phones were to just merely make believe that was a full revenge against the CBI.

LaRoche was BA, he said tyger tyger to Bertram, i think in the first chapter of the 3rd season (and of course, the tongue he got).
Ardilles was a lawyer, involved in many cases, so we can have few doubts about it.

So it was a brilliant plan of the great strategist RJ. He provided all the resources to Herinbach, so he can eliminate that guys. Maybe they were a risk for RJ.

Another thing I think is that Jane still know that RJ is out there. The ring issue is an interesting indicator. That was a problem with Lisbon, he wanted to catch RJ to be free, but love could not wait more.

I think is time for RJ to retire, he won't risk without a network inside the FBI first.

A little Season & info from Heller

Bruno Heller described what will happen to the next season of the TV
series without revealing too many details. "Up until now if you're
comparing it to Moby Dick, which is one of the analogies I used to
describe the length of the chase, next season the whale has been sighted
and they're in the small boats and chasing the whale," Heller told

It is obvious that Heller is referring to the long chase for Patrick
Jane. The show's creator promised that the next season will be faster
paced, more thrilling, more action, more surprises. He also said that
there will be mysteries every week.
Meanwhile, although US TV network CBS confirmed the renewal of the
upcoming season of "The Mentalist," the series may lose its timeslot on
Sunday's primetime. Moreover, the series will have fewer episodes
compared to previous seasons. According to Carter Matt, "The Mentalist" will have 13 episodes next season to tie up the loose ends and bring the whole series to conclusion.
It seemed that the show is not in CBS' priority list as the show is
suffering in poor ratings. However, the new plot twists as well as the
new turn in Patrick Jane and Theresa Lisbon relationship may bring the
ratings up of the show's final season.
CBS has not announced the official premiere date yet of "The
Mentalist" season 7, but the writers of the TV series are already back
at work. Writer / producer Jordan Harper recently confirmed via Twitter
that the writers are planning the next season.
Aside from thrilling chases and more action, waiting fans are also
curious about the relationship status of Jane and Lisbon. How will the
two react towards each other's feelings?"

I will translate "more thrill" and "more action" to mean the following:

1. The race is on for Jane to get Libson to panty drop or
2. Jane starts a pet shop where he deals in exotic pigeons or
3. Chokim or
4. Jane is litteraly trying to find his dick . .. Moby Dick

I feel like they were super ambiguous about this and the whole Haibach thing was never fully explained.

I swore I would never return here, but damn it guys...The disillusionment has gotten too bad.

Every time Heller writes a new episode, he is laughing at all of you under his breath. He scorns you in his interviews. He visits this site and has his jolly fill of guffaws watching some of you trying to come up with theories that, in fact, make much more sense than what's happening in the show right now. I completely understand how much better the show would become if its plots were actually coherent and Red John were truly still alive, but you are giving this sorry excuse for a man far more credit than he will ever deserve. Heller KNOWS the Jisbon fanbase is more than enough to keep the show running for another season and, more importantly in his mind, the money rolling in. Every hopeful on this site who believes Heller is capable of understanding how Red John should be alive right now -- based on his own fucking clues no less -- is in for another heartache as Heller flutters his heinous fingers across your heartstrings, only to rip them out and leave you to stare at the almighty finger between his ring and index.

As much as I hate to admit it, this show is about Jisbon now, not even "The Mentalist". Hell, Red John has shown more potential as a mentalist than Patrick Jane thus far has, having zombified Katrina, and hypnotized many others to do his bidding, not to mention the countless times he has fooled Jane, the purported mentalist of mentalists. As far as I'm concerned, Red John IS The Mentalist. Now, as you can see, without him this show has devolved into a cheesy romance soap wherein the crime drama component takes a backseat. It has come to a point where there is LITERALLY no "The Mentalist" without Red John. But Heller has said it himself, we're the minority and we don't matter. It's nice to post theories and all but guys, try not to give yourself false hope anymore. Heller is a bloody fucking vampire who feeds on this false hope. If nothing else, it might be better to discuss what the show could have been instead.
