Looks like Kirkland is dead and Partridge isn't returning, which was obvious.
I am still sticking by McAllister.

Whelp, it's not Partridge. Plotnick confirms it in a interview: he's dead as a doornail.

Heller said there was a big clue in the first episode of season 6. I've read the most of the theories, most people think it is about the pigeons. But what if the clue is maybe the phone call? The way Red John and McAllister talk is always in a relaxing matter. The voice tone is only different, I tried to listen to the phone calls in episode 1 and 3, it sounded pretty much the same. And they both mention Patrick Jane always by his first name.
I really like some of the theories on this site, they are really fun and thoroughly researched. I honestly think Heller is going to surprise us with many new plot twists in the last season. I just love this show!
MASHBURN OFFICIALLY NOT RED JOHN!!!!
I reallly REALLY wanted Walter to be RJ,he and Patrick are so much alike :( .
Now the proof:

So...Mashburn wont appear soon maybe in episodes 1x.
Some things to think about:
Bob Kirkland's team broke into Patrick Jane's room to get info. - I assume this is how Red John got the list of suspects that Jane had narrowed it down to.
This happened three episodes after Lorelai Martin was found dead. Therefore the video that shows up with Lorelai naming the suspects means that Lorelai must still be alive (or she has a twin) - Remember Patrick says Red John is not phychic, he just uses tricks!
Patrick knew that someone may have been breaking into that room (he broke the match in the door to prove it) - Therefore is it possible that he has fed Red John false information?
Red John may be more than one person, or at least a few of the suspects on that list are working for him.
Too bad I have a bad habit of reading spoilers, I'm a bit upset now I know who it is. Surprise surprise, they're bringing back Partridge from the dead + Stiles was his father (explains how such a creepy weirdo got so rich)... At least I can see Patrick poke some fun at him. And haha, the only time Cho ever smiled is in the pilot, when Jane mocks Partridge in front of the team. Haha, that should have been the only clue we ever needed to find Redjohn.
And apparently that woman feeding pigeons who I say, looks nothing like Partridge was him...*Facepalm* I can see why they only took the arc on for 8 more episodes....
I love the theory #6312 (http://www.whoisredjohn.com/See-a-theory-Red-John/6312), it's one of the best theories I've read about Red John, but then, I remembered that, in Season 5 finale, Jane told Lisbon that he would tell her the names of his list but that she couldn't tell ''another living soul, nobody'' because she would act nervous around them and they would notice, and because one of the names, was Gale Bertram, her boss, and that name appears in Lorelei's video, but not in the notebook where are Mashburn, Ardiles, Ellis Mars, etc. So that makes me think that Jane did have the list of the seven final suspects but never appeared on-screen. Unless there's something going on about the video and about who really made it that we don't know. I actually really thought that the list of the notebook was the legit one, but after the Bertram thing, I don't know.
Another thing: Why doesn't Lisbon tell Jane that Haffner is member of Visualize and why doesn't she tell him about that creepy visit in the hospital? (Unless that happened off-screen). And why Kirkland sent his men to broke into Jane's attic and stole the Red John information that was on his board? How did he know that Jane had that information? The only person that saw that board before that, was Lisbon.
But, after all, I still think that none of the 7 suspects, is Red John. But if I had to pick a person from the list, that would be Haffner.
