Hello. I want to share my theory with you. And sorry for my bad English ; )

Why I don't think that these men are not RJ:

1. Bret Stiles

First of all, would Red John have said to Patrick about Kristina Frye? I mean, he said where she was, so obviously Bret would be Patrick's suspect number 1 that time. That could ruins his game. What about that farm? That guy would not have said that some kid has painted that smiley face. And people from that farm would have recognized him.

2. Robert Kirkland

He kidnaps Patrick for what? Because he wants to get the real list. He wants to kill Red John.

3. Gale Bertram

What about that guy? He works with KIRKLAND. And do you remember when Kirkland asked: "Can we trust her?" And another thing, the best one... Would Red John acts so weird? That would be fun for him, but Patrick is too smart.
He acts so weird, because Kirkland showed him the fake list and he wants to know which one is RJ. And Kirkland started to kill these guys and I think that in the next episode will be something important about that relation.

4. Reede Smith

And here we go with that interesting man. Why I don't think that he is Red John?
Do you remember when RJ saved Patrick and he killed copycats? He was angry with them, but he was acting so CALMLY. And that how I see RJ - very calm and composed person. And Reede Smith is agressive, he was beating some guy (suspect I guess), he was arguing with Lisbon team, he was screming on Gale Bertram. Would Red John scream on his accomplice? I don't think so.

5. Sheriff Thomas McAllister

That guy is very interesting. It would be great if he is RJ. He was in 2nd episode, he acted very strange then. But... what was he doing with Bertram and Smith in CBI? There are two possibilities: he is RJ and he wanted to know what they know. He was so relaxed, so calm. He would be so awesome RJ : ). But I think that second option is right: they want to catch Red John before Patrick. Because why would Kirkland ask about Lisbon "Can we trust her?". Because they know that Patrick will kill him. So they want to get him before Jane. Maybe, maybe not. Or he is RJ's accomplice, what is also very possible.


Ray Haffner is Red John. Why I think so? Well I don't want him to be RJ, but I think that he is :/ Why would that nurse just ask if there is some woman? She wanted to check if Lisbon is alone. And Haffner is the only one who is not acting weird. Well, you heard a lot of theories about that guy, so I don't want to write that again. That's all, thanks for reading : )

Looks like Kirkland is dead and Partridge isn't returning, which was obvious.

I am still sticking by McAllister.

Heller said there was a big clue in the first episode of season 6. I've read the most of the theories, most people think it is about the pigeons. But what if the clue is maybe the phone call? The way Red John and McAllister talk is always in a relaxing matter. The voice tone is only different, I tried to listen to the phone calls in episode 1 and 3, it sounded pretty much the same. And they both mention Patrick Jane always by his first name. 

I really like some of the theories on this site, they are really fun and thoroughly researched. I honestly think Heller is going to surprise us with many new plot twists in the last season. I just love this show!
