What i think is really interesting is Bob (Robert) Kirkland's twin brother. Have to think Visiualize picked him up when he was a at rock bottom. If he is as saddistic as his brother i think it fits perfectly and i think Bob would agree. Take a look at this clip i found on a video on youtube of Bob and some guy in the hospital

There were no pigeons, or any birds for that matter, in Red Listed. However..I did notice something pointing to Episode 7: The Great Red Dragon. When Jane met Hightower in that restaurant..did anybody else notice the dragon design in the foreground? It was a cool foreshadowing I thought:)

What do you guys think about the dragon symbolism and how it will fit with Red John?

Not so much a theory, but a question:

At the beginning of red listed, 6X04, Benjamin Marx is found dead under a bridge.  In this earlier episode, is it the same place?

Probably not significant, but I had to ask.

Show this theory

There are only two possible people it could possibly be.
One is Bob Kirkland and the other is Brett Stiles.
These are the only two suspects that are under 6'.  All the remaining suspects are over that height and the blind girl said that Red John was under 6'.
We know that it is not Sheriff McAlllister from the last episode because he is not afraid of heights and Red John is.  Once we determine which one of these is or is not afraid of heights then we will know who Red John is. I have a tendency to believe it is Bob Kirkland because Jane said that RJ was a member of Stiles group (Red Barn) as a teenager which would make him about Kirkland's age. Stiles is in his 70's and too old.

If Red John is someone on PJs list then I think it's probably Partridge - it's just my gut. He may have faked his death
