Just a repost of my poll, for everyone who didn't have voted yet.


I have created a little poll about the seven suspects and I would be
glad, if you vote for your favorite suspect. It just contains the seven
suspects and additionally "no one of the list".
I know, a lot of people here don't trust the list and have other suspects or believe that Red John is not a single person.
But
I'm convinced that he is a single person of that list and furthermore I
was too lazy, to fill the poll with every suspect, that was ever
suspected on this page.
So please don't be upset, if your favorite
suspect is not in that poll. Otherwise, it is in your option to create
another poll with more suspects. :)

I have a little bit my doubts that it works, but please everyone just one vote. Otherwise we won't get valid results.
I really would like to see who is currently the most suspected person and I'm convinced, the most of you too.

Who ever redjohn is. After he is revealed. I hope you explain why and how everything has happened. Please answer all our questions, and do not leave us hanging. Thanks! I have never analyzed this way before. Thank you for stimulating my critical thinking skills. haha.

I'm NOT ACCUSING Wayne Rigsby

I'm actually here to poke a hole in the theories that he is by some miracle Red John.

Yes, lists and lists of clues are lobbed at him. How can he be Red John if at the end of season 4, Patrick is speaking to Red John on the phone in the limo, and we see Rigsby and Cho together in the CBI SUV? 

Please don't say Patrick is speaking to an accomplice because then we can play the accomplice game all day long with every single clue. And it's not a recording, this guy responds to everything Jane says.

Then we have the scene where the whole CBI team stands at the PC and chats to Red John over the internet. Rigsby is right there. 

Also, I respect the theory that Red John may be working against the 'Tyger Tyger' organization, but I wouldn't go as far as to say they killed Jane's family and now RJ and PJ are going to miraculously work together. RJ ordered Lorellei to cut off Jane's finger. Great teamwork.

Red John is most probably part of Tyger Tyger. Otherwise how would he be able to arrange such convenient cover ups? Bodies disappeared, a women got poisoned in the CBI office, Todd Johnson was burned in the cell at the office etc.  He must be part of it because we hear that Tyger Tyger do cover ups for each other.

This also makes me think that Red John MUST be law enforcement.  I can't see anyone covering up for random outsiders. The only exception to this is if it were someone like Bret Stiles who easily manipulates others.

Sorry for my ramblings.

I that my theory sounds crazy, but I don't know I have a feeling that Timothy Carter is Red John, and that there might be someone who wants to fuck with Jane's life there is something fishy, everything got cleared at the murder scene after Carter's death, his wife wrote a letter claiming that her husband was Red John, she committed suicide right before lisbon was going to integrate her. Here are some other clues that made me think that way.

1. Timothy Carter's voice sounds almost identical to the voice of the man who came to save patrick, he had a gun which means he knows how to shoot, when Timothy Carter met with patrick he had a gun too, which was not found at the murder scene ( WHY??)

2- He knew things about Patrick's wife and daughter that only red john would know.

3- His character fits the description of a psychopath, the way he talks, and his body language.

4- When Rosalind Harker went to the mortuary with Jane to check if Timothy's body the same man she met with, she acted very weird and shocked, then the said the didn't know this man! I don't know but her reaction was spooky.
