A few questions:

1. where is Kristina Frye?

2. Has jane even taken into account harker's description?
(cuz some dont fit the profile)

3. What did Bosco tell jane in the hospital?

4. Is lorelei martins alive?
(because of the bandage theory)

These are just a few of the questions that need to be answered to make a proper speculation about red john..
though red john is one of the seven, not enough clues have been given to be sure of anyone of them..
I am just accusing kirkland because i have to give a name to submit my theory..

I believe that Red John is Bob Kirkland for a few reasons. 
1. Bob Kirkland asked Jason Lennon if he recognized him before he killed him. I reckon he asked that because he has changed his face and name after Red John killed that guy in the Bath tub in the 11th episode. He changed his face and name because the guy wrote"He is Mar/Man" and his original name had mar/man somewhere in it. 
2. Yes, he is on the Red John list that Jane has. He has also killed John Lennon and has stolen the information about Red John that jane had before Lorelei was killed. And that is how he knew about the list in the season premier. 
3. He is how Red John has been described. Shortish but quite a strong man, calm and high voice and is  about the same build as Jane. 

I believe it's Kirkland.

The on-screen handshake was visible, and slightly awkward.

His agents broke into Jane's "office" and photographed his research, allowing him to easily "predict" Jane's 7 final suspects.

He knows Jane was in a mental hospital.  During his stay, Jane likely told his doctors about his "happy memory", so all Kirkland had to do was request the doctor's files in the name of homeland security.

If I were Jane, I'd organize a meeting of the 7 of them at CBI HQ, and have the blind woman pop out of a door and identify Roy Tagliafero.

Sorry I have no idea of who Red John is but Jane cannot be Red John, as he doesn't have the "short straight hair" as described by the blind lady.

The reason Red John knows the name on the list that Jane is holding is quite obvious. Bob Kirkland, who is already suspected by Jane as Red John's companion, has sent people over to sneak into Jane's workplace and has collected the information to compose a list identical to Jane's. Jane seems to be leaving the important information in his room as a bait. He is actually not surprised that Red John has got the same information, which also suggests that the names on the list are probably fake and Jane actually has a name for his own investigation.

"He is Mar"... was about to be Martin Talbot who isn't really dead but has assumed a false identify as Bob Kirkland since the late 90's.  Kirkland's power within Homeland Security explains connections to and within FBI and CBI.  Talbot's early years association with Visualize resulted in a branch off cult of followers of RJ which is similar to Visualize but further claims to have more metaphysical connections, hypnosis and psychic influences.  Only problem is age of Talbot as alluded to in the Red Barn episode.  Even with plastic surgery, could Bob Kirkland actually be Martin Talbot who would have to be in his 50's?  I don't think he looks old enough but I don't think we have any hard facts on Talbot's age either...  then again there are about 3 or 4 episodes I still have yet to see.
