Might not be him, but I hope it's.

I saw a theory earlier today, and it's either a script error or it blows open the whole plot in a couple of lines.



When Jane busts into the room of suspects, Bertram, McAllister and Smith. Jane says "Red John just killed the doctor who treated me in my nervous breakdown, Sophie Miller, good woman," implying he only killed her recently. 

Then Patrick says "Red John's killed 2 people in the space of days, he's getting desperate."  

1. Eileen Turner
2. Brett Partridge
3. Sophie Miller.

Ok that's 3 people. Well, that logically means Patrick doesn't know how to count or Red John is one of those 3 people.

It doesn't stop there. Those 3 people didn't pick up on it. Jane was testing them. They don't know who Red John is. But they're discussing something. They're all in Tiger Tiger and they want to 'track the arrests.' Sounds like law-enforcement clean up.

Here's why Homeland Security are involved in the Red John Case: They know about the corrupt, Tiger Tiger group in law-enforcement. 

Bertram and Bob Kirkland are working together to clean up law-enforcement from the corrupt group. How do you do that? From the INSIDE! In episode "Red John's Friends" Minelli, the OLD boss resigns after a meeting with Kirkland- you can see Kirkland out of his limo, at the gates, in one scene! Then Bertram, an inside good guy in Tiger Tiger, becomes director of CBI. 

In episode 20, season 5, Jane is reading Charles Dickens "A Tale of Two Cities." During the story, a prisoner is switched with another prisoner.

This fits well with the idea that Reede actually shot Michael Kirkland, after he was switched with Bob in prison. A lot of people pointed out - Bob suddenly got a big beer belly in prison or that's Michael. 

Reede: "You were right Bob."
Kirkland: "Aboout what?"

We all know Bob would know what he was right about, he's completely obsessed with Tiger Tiger and catching Red John. 

Michael Kirkland, however, looks utterly bewildered when Reede says that. He even rolls his eyes. I don't think he appreciates being called Bob.

So who is the guy opposite Brett Partridge's door?

We're down to 2 people: Bret Stiles or Ray Haffner.

Ray Haffner paints Lisbon's face.

Patrick puts a loaded pistol in his BACK pocket.

The 3 suspects with tattoos stand OPPOSITE the other 2 suspects: Bret Stiles and Ray Haffner. Patrick must suspect they have information on Red John. Comeon, Bret Stiles suddenly goes missing after the Martins Video is released, and Ray Haffner is like Red John's favourite tool.

So how'd you get away with kidnap? You have 4 high-ranking officials help you (Bob,Gail, Reede, Thomas). You blow up your own house, and say Red John did it.

Get information. Job done. Checkmate to Jane.

It is that voice, no doubt.

A) If BP is the real RJ then : how Jane couldnt figure it out the first time he heared it (or later)... cmon, no way.
And also why PJ didnt check BP's body in the 6x2 episode. Maybe because he was checking Lisbon first but after that nothing (or at least we could not see it).

B) If BP is not RJ then how they will explain the voice? RJ is not 1 person or some other **** ?I think a lot of us will be kinda disappointed as Heller said once. I hope i am wrong.

(1 more thing: in my country they didnt use the same voice to BP and RJ. It is way too different. RJ's voice is RLY deep with our sync. /???/)
