Patrick Jane already know it's not McAllister cause he doesn't talk smart like red john and you remember when Jane killed a guy in season 4 i think people though it was red john then when he start killing again turns out it wasn't him , same thing gonna happen here , the black guy from the FBI also from RJ guys , Because Reede Smith told us that they hire Federal judges and FBI agent who need there story to be covered , which means the black guy has been gifted the Federal court order to bring jane team down before it's to late , so RJ send McAllister to make Jane stop looking for a while 

we all gonna see McAllister is not RJ it's Brett Partridge because ...

because McAllister faked his death and no one said something even Jane and Brett i'm sure can do it more better then him cause his RJ , and Jane didn't check his body when he died inside the house because if he did he won't find it and RJ will know that Jane know his alive ...

that's my theory and sorry for my bad English i try to make to clear as possible and thanks for reading .

Yes there are levels of disappointment. 

But this was a total FAILURE. 

This show has failed yesterday.

I'm dissapointed.. hurt.. disgusted by this lack of just... care for his own show. why did he do this?ill never watch this show after this... he took the coolest villian ever and made it shit...

I'm still not convinced.

There are subtle things that make me doubt it's McAllister.

For one, he seemed afraid of death, i reckon RJ would welcome it, urging Patrick to kill him. He didn't seem sure of himself enough.

The information he held (what little he actually revealed) could have very easily been told to him by RJ himself. There is no way it'd be that easy to just kill him. I'm not sure why but something seems off...

Spoilers and attempt analysis below:
Jane said to Thomas Mcallaster that Partridge switched the DNA records of Mcallaster after the scene of the explosion.
Does this mean Partridge is alive?
Comment if I'm wrong.

Also, I don't know if you's have seen this but, in the very, very last screenshot/scene there is a man will black hack hair in a black suit.This made me very suspicious and it might be the real RedJohn. The guy fits the description of Rosalind and looks a lot like Michael Kirkland or Bob Kirkland.
