Why Red John killed Brett Partridge ?
       
        Either he is hunting that Tyger Tyger group or he's messing with Patrick. I think tyger tyger group has nothing to do with Red John. If Red John was one of them, he wouldn't kill group members because it would make Patrick get him closer. It's so hard to understand tho. Makes no sense and they cut that part there. We still don't know why Partridge is killed. 
  
        I think Patrick killed wrong people. I guess RJ is Ray Haffner and his mentor is Stiles. This would be disappointing but Heller already told we will disappoint when we figure it out. Tell me if im wrong when Patrick told about tattoo it was Ray who take his shirt off. Like he felt relieved. 
   
       Why they only show us Brett Stiles coming in a mysterious way ? They fucking with us ? I've tons of questions.

I'm not actually annoyed by this episode, I find it interesting as, to me, its setting up for The Mentalist after Red John is killed.
Now I think it would be quite obvious to everyone that the three with the tattoos are not RJ and are part of the Tyger Tyger group. Nobody on the show would have figured this out about the group if it wasn't for this reveal. Also it is plausible that one of them hired and killed the PI as 1. RJ would never hire someone so slack and 2. We know that the Tyger Tyger group has their eye on Janen and the CBI Team. This will clearly be brought up again and be the new storyline after RJ.
We also learn that Stiles has some sort of cancer and is going to die soon, so that leaves Haffner.
He fits every description ever given to us and is the ideal character to pull it off.
It just makes sense that when Stiles dies and Haffner gets caught as RJ, that will be the end of Visualize as there is no more prominent characters left who are members. 
From then on the focus will definitely switch to the Tyger Tyger group.

We were given two groups of suspects

1. Visual members
2. Tyger Tyger members

or 

1. One story line from essentially the shows beginning
2. One story line for the future of the show

or 

1. One of group one's members claims to know everything about RJ and the other member who was on the farm as a visual member during RJ FIRST murder
2. Guys that have had ZERO back story

or 

1. The mentor of RJ and RJ
2. Guys that are pawns to a punch of murders and criminals that Jane will battle in the future

Haffner is RJ and Stiles is RJ's mentor or father. Or I like the theory of Stiles being the murderer of RJ father (the original visual leader) and thus creating RJ (the story of the tyger tyger poem).

It's either Haffner or Stiles.
I bet Red John is laughing hard right now because he just gave Patrick a false clue that will lead him into a trap!

I think its Ray Haffner because out of him and Bret stiles hes more plauseible.

It cant be the other 3 because they are part of tyger tyger and i dont think red john is to arrogant to mark himself with the same mark as his followers.

Red John was Brett Partridge until season 6, BUT the Staff of the Show saw this website and they chosen to change Partridge, to a more hard to get character, and also making a long show which can bring more money.
