Lorelei Martins is still alive so Red John can make the CD straight away when he hears. Patrick realises Lisbon is bugged very early on in season 6 and uses it against Red John. This is also why Red John doesn't kill Lisbon.

- Red John has a soft voice, is under 6 ft

- Red John was at West Huron when he was first bugged- he doesn't move all day.
- Red John kills Brett Partridge, his other alias
- Red John has pigeons in his home.
- Woman from Visualise has rings like Red John, wearing Partridge's watch, and feeding pigeons

That all points to the same guy: Brett Partridge

- Red John overhears Sophie Miller's notes, when Jane plays them to Lisbon
- Everyone in Tyger Tyger suddenly starts whistling, Haffner starts whistling and Stiles even whistles
- Who isn't in Tyger Tyger? Robert Kirkland. Does he whistle? No.
- Safe to assume Red John is the leader of Tyger Tyger and has a strong link to Visualise

That all points to: Brett Partridge

- Who looks nervous in Red John's Rules when he knows nothing of the list or Jane's exploits?
- Who hints that "Red John has been laying low for years" and thus implies he didn't kill Lorelei Martins?
