you really believe it is Gale? C'mon guys that is too easy. Patrick wants to kill red John why would he broadcast it? Anyone who believes that needs to try and solve Scuby Doo crimes first.  Red John is either Patridge or someone else from the fact they didn't show his face.  Right now if I was the producers and wanted the most shocking views I would pick someone like Van Pelt. She is a red head, it would of flied over all our heads. She been acting wierd this entire season and her/rigby are leaving the show (Not 100% sure of this).  She is connected TO RED JOHN. Just look at her face when the guy from FBI comes along.  Maybe that is why Patrick is at church, his own team? Brett Stiles had interest with her.If it isn't her I'm guessing Patridge, but he seems to obvious to me also.
