Anyone noticed that the only time that Kirkland appear without beard was when he met PJ?

Can this be a clue: that the first time was not Bob Kirkland, it was Michael, and then it was just Bob all the time, including who got shot?

Just saying... I can't forget all the clues about Kirkland brothers, it HAS to mean something!
