ARGUMENTATION

10 Reasons why it still couldn't be anyone other than Patridge:

1) Consider that he was the only Suspect in the pilot, the last name on the list of 7, and the first to be "Killed Off".
2) He was the only one to really fit the body type correctly. All the others basically had to loose weight this season to try and look skinnier so you'd think they could possibly be RJ.
3) This latest ordeal with getting the Sheriff to tell Jane he was RJ isn't even the first time he's blackmailed someone to (actually be innocent of it and) admit to the exact same thing (It's RJ's M.O.). Jane got off after killing that other Guy too. Of course he had to go to trial that time where as this time he just hung out on some island for a couple years until the Feds wanted to use him, but you get the jist of it…
4) Patridge / RJ's hand was pushed so he had to deal with Lisbon's GPS / wire tap by publicly killing himself off to get him off the list before he could orchestrate the rest of drama to come. Remember Lisbon turned around to look at the door and was then grabbed by someone, except the only someone in the corner of the room with no windows or doors was Patridge who had been on the floor faking like he was bloody and dying until he hopped up stepped back and then grabbed her. Why else would he lure her there and then do nothing to her. He never planned to kill her, it was all just a ruse to get himself out of the spotlight so that he could take out the rest of the chumps on the list and then pin it to the final chump.
5) Jane surmised that Partidge had to have helped the Sheriff fake the other deaths in the bombing, which the Sheriff admitted was true, but how could he if he (Patridge) had been dead for weeks?
6) The never showed Patridge's death crime scene or body and when Cho went to the Morgue he never looked at the face under the plastic. Obviously RJ is well capable of faking peoples deaths, he proved it with the bombing,
7) For such a smart and complex character that snooze of an episode last week entitled "Red John" would have been an insult to the intelligence of anyone who has been watching this show for years if it wasn't so comical to then watch the scores of "fans" out there who are apparently willing to roll over and except that b.s. explanation! I apologize to those of you who think we "Patridge Pointers" come across as "Know It Alls", but speaking for the only person I can speak for (which is obviously Myself) it just seems so obvious that I honestly cant understand how Everyone who really watches the show doesn't see it?
8) The Sheriff clearly wasn't afraid of heights when he got up on that roof and could have easily killed Jane then, so why would he wait until the church to kill him unless he was then black mailed into doing so by the real RJ (Partridge) who knew Jane was too smart not to be ready for the Sheriff and would most likely kill him, essentially taking care of removing him from the list of living suspects, each one of which is a part of a combined threat when alive because they could ultimately be shown not to be the real RJ? No, Jane is still alive because RJ wants, or more fittingly, needs him to be. He completes him LOL… He's his Yen to his Yang.
9) RJ was also of course part of that crazy "Visualize" cult and was one of two younger members roughly 20 years earlier involved with the early days of the cult being set up where those peoples bodies were found under that red barn. The other younger member was thought to have been "Ray Haffner". The Sheriff isn't Ray's age, though Patridge was pretty dang close.
10) In William Blake's "A Brace of Patridge" through death the Patridge is strengthened by the brace. So too was Red John when embracing the notion that Blake presents through "Tyger Tyger" that the same Almighty Creator of the Stars and Heavens (and the Lamb) also created the fearful symmetry of the hunter / beast / Tyger (the Devil and the Evil within him). In his warped mind justifying (at least to him) what he is / does.
