That Lorelei died before Kirkland send team to investigate Jane's board does not mean he is not RJ. Let me explain:

He might have recorded more than one video. Like 50 videos for example. Why not? He has all the time in the world.

Then Kirkland kills Lorelei.

After that he asks Lisbon about RJ and Jane and makes Jane feel suspicious.

He sends a team to take photos of Jane's room. He knows Jane will notice that someone broke in the room, and possibly Kirkland's guys, after the conversation with Lisbon in the morning.

He works on the material and comes up with 7 suspects. He chooses the video that matches with possible suspects and gives it to that woman in CD.

Now, doesn't he have the best excuse?
