There are some points which i would like to present. ***Major Spoiler***







1. None of the 7 persons listed in Episode 22 Season 5 are likely to be Red John, my original choice was Stile, but it seems he has more light then dark inside of him. I can say there are 4 people on the list working for him. 

2. Episode 22 was a trap for Jane, the kill was not made by Red John. This is like a optional move for the game from Red John, if she was not a fond memory of the past then Jane wouldn't have pursuit the case, as the killer said "he(red john) said should this happen he told me to give you something" Red John him self was not sure if she was. 

3. The creation of the "Board" was the trap for Red John, Jane knew there was a mole in his rank. Therefore, how do one unmole a mole? you spread rumor and confusion in your ranks, so that they slip false information to your enemy. ( I will not define this further as it will spoil next season) Why did Jane burn the board? it is because the message on there was delivered and you need the illusion of solving the problem by burning the answer. (another Magician Trick)

4. I am thinking that Red John is not scared of Jane. He threaten to kill again because he was mad that he was the only one not on the list, he was under estimated. How do you get a Tiger Angry? you disrespect it. Red John thought Jane knew him well like a soul mate in mirror, this was also reflected in use of "Tiger Tiger". There are always two side of a coin. And he tease Jane for making such assumption, "you think you are smart?" for me it was like " i thought you would be smarter then this". If Red john did not like Jane he would have had him killed a long time ago, Jane is a constant reminder of Red John, a past, a present and a future.
