Well, I won't list the reasons which leads me to believe that Partridge is RJ, because others already did it even better that I could.
I want to draw your attention to two interesting and suspicious points:
1. Someone possibly have said it already, but in the beggining of seasons finale Lisbon shows up with her hand injuried and not a single explanation is given. She just said that hurts in the night before: the night of the murder. Is Lisbon a RJs accomplice?
2. What if the list is fake and was previously prepared by Jane? Do you remember when he puts a stick in the door? He could have prepared the entire board, knowing that RJs would have access (by a CBI helper or by Kirkland - even if he's not a Red Johns guy or RJ himself, he could have been spied) and, in this way, make RJ thinks that have advantage when in fact is the opposite, because Patrick would know that RJs just thinks that he restricted the suspicion to that 7, however, he restricted to a list even shorter or have anothers extra-suspects.
The thing is, based on the idea of Jane having a different list than that one cited by RJ:
1. If RJ is someone in the supposed fake list, Patrick could be closer than Red John thinks (thinking that the real list is shorter)
2. If RJ is someone out of the supposed fake list*, Jane makes RJ feels relieved deceiving him and making more clear the far RJs can reach
* I know Heller said that RJ is someone on the 7 of Jane's list, however, he may have...lied. I guess he did it before, isn't he?
Anyone support this line of reasoning, Jane's being clever than the series make it looks, dodging including RJ, playing the fool when his suspect list is revealed by him?
(PS: Sorry for the english, I'm brasilian and not fluent, but did my best to make it as clear as I could, hope it's not confuse)
