I have narrowed my list of suspects.  Red John is definitely one of the following:

Gale Bertram
Bret Stiles
Bob Kirkland
Raymond Haffner
Brett Partridge
Sheriff Thomas McAllister
Reede Smith

Ive also definitely ruled out Patrick Jane and every other suspect not on the list above.
