ARGUMENTATION

First off, there is absolutely no possible, plausible scenario in which Patrick Jane is Red John,,,The show would have absolutely no purpose meaning and also no more viewers if this were true.  Anyone who feels differently should immediatley check into a mental institution themselves because you are a moron or crazy....]

NOW,  Many people including myself previously have chosen Brett Partridge as the candidate for RJ..due to his physical characteristics, occupation and overal demeanor and attitude towards Jane..
The more i think about this the more wrong i realize it is.
A) This is way to obvious of a choice, and we all know how Heller is when it comes to obvious suspects.
B) HIs occupation is actually more of a reason why he ISNT red john, there is no way a forensic tech could have a network of powerful friends and avoid co workers and bosses suspicions of being a serial killer
C) He buts heads with Jane costantly at crime scenes, the real Red John never would show his resentment for Jane in his real identity

With Partridge out the only suspect I could really put together as Red John is GALE BERTRAM

A) Season 3 finale strawberrys n Cream dropped plenty of subtle hints towards this, the phone call right after jane left his office with news of high towers location (probalbly a call to olaughlin or the assassin)
Also, he just happens to leave the mall as TImothy Carter shows up

B) The way he meets with Kirkland and Lisbon in his office in season 5 and says WE CANT TRUST ANYONE, this is basically a dead giveway that he is atleast involved with Red John

C) The way Jane says he got a bad vibe from him in the Season 3 opener

There are plenty of other clues and hints throughout seasons 3-5 and im sure there will be more in 6...I could be wrong but im about 85% sure im right on this one,, as long as people stop accusing Jane of being Red John I WILL BE HAPPY!!!

How do you find this theory?
