2.Alex Jane(Patricks father)
3.Virgil Minelli


1.Dr.Wagner
-seen in Pilot
-he is a doctor
-In Jail - perfect alibi(Red John could put a double in prison or something like that)
-Nobody suspects him
-fits age


2.Alex Jane(Janes father)
-if he was RJ it would be very interesting
-he is maybe too old


3.Virgil Minelli
-Fits age
-was a CBI bosss
