I just saw the Italian-dubbed season 4 finale.
The voice of Red John on the phone resembles the one of Wayne Rigsby.
Now... I have no idea whether the guys of the dubbing studios in Rome talk to the show creators from the US about future developments or not.
Rigsby or not, I always thought Red John must belong to CBI. He just happens to know too many things and way too promptly.
