I have an idea, do you remember the driver of red john's Limousine in season 4 episode 24 , he was also a bodyguard, so let's look at every Limousine's driver and bodyguard, that we have seen  before s04 e24 and  compare them with the one in s04e24  , and see the guy in Back seat .
